I’ve been a customer of All Day PA for over 5 years now. We run a small letting agency and they take our calls over night or when we cannot get to the phone. They’ve been fantastic. They have the ability to make decisions and decide whether the job can wait or if it’s an actual emergency and they need to wake me up, very handy as it means I get extra sleep.

We have worked with AllDayPA since we started our business in 2017/18. We never had our own secretarial resource, it was always outsourced to AllDayPA.
Their service has been excellent and consistent over the time we worked with them. Their portal allowed us to update our availability and messaging as necessary.

We have been using AllDayPA for our weekend answer service for over 18 months now and have been very happy with the professionalism from all members of the team. Every call is monitored and the details (if given by the caller) are relayed to us instantly.
We receive a weekly call-list, monthly billing and monthly face-to-face calls with the management, all of which add up to the 5-star rating.

As a well known Domestic Abuse organisation, assisting vulnerable clients as quickly as possible is vital, having this service in place is imperative to our company to ensure our service is accessible at all times. Efficient system. I'm always sceptical about call answering services but All Day PA have struck the right balance. They don't try and pretend to be us, rather answer the phone on our behalf. Works well and gets rid of all the very annoying cold sales calls!
