terrible customer service live chat you think youre getting help as they say “let me check this for you” then never reply again

My second time using the app and will not be using it again best to just ring in. The app took my money twice feel like what's the point using the app if they are going to do that to people bad app will try and find a way to get it back should not scam people.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! it’s a RIP off. I used this APP to buy from my new current favourite Chinese, The Forum in Congleton. Said takeaway food ordered on their App is cheapest way to buy. Wrong it’s cheaper by around 7.5% to buy directly by phone order with our favourite restaurant. Offered a discount count, which when I went to use it within an hour, the App said it had expired but same code still being advertised the same day and today! Service charge applied at checkout, I assumed this was the delivery charge, but when I went to check out, App said we don’t deliver to your area. Total rubbish buy directly on phone from the restaurant or take away for the best deal.

I placed an order on 10 July, only for it to be cancelled because the takeaway was closed. I was told my refund would be processed within 3 to 5 working days, but weeks later I am still waiting.

I’ve contacted All Eat multiple times through their customer support channels and have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication and failure to return my money is unacceptable.

Customers should not have to chase a refund for an order that was never fulfilled. I am now having to dispute the payment with my bank and, if necessary, will consider taking further legal action to recover the money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend All Eat. Poor customer service, poor communication and an unacceptable delay in issuing a refund.

Never used the service before. On a takeaway website it suggested to download the app for £6 off first order. When entering the code it claimed the coupon had expired. Deplorable, useless app immediately deleted and a sure way to ensure I never use the service again. Rang up the takeaway rather than use the website as it is clearly the same company to avoid giving them a penny in revenue. Glad I used private relay to avoid giving the leaches my private data.

Its a scam, they will take your money and you will not receive anything

I was told by the app I would get £6 off for using the code ALLEAT and its spread over my first 3 orders so £2 off per order but it keeps saying voucher expired. A bit annoying.

Amazing experience with ALL EAT! Easy to use, fast delivery, and the food arrived fresh and hot. Customer service was helpful and professional too. Great variety of restaurants and good prices. Definitely recommend!

Similar to another 1 star review I was charged twice via Pay Pal/Apple Pay still waiting on an outcome. Also trying to contact them was really hard via chat they take an absolute age to respond to your questions. Sent an email a week ago no response! Tried phoning call disconnects before the ring tone kicks in. Overall the customer service is a joke!!

Scammers !!!! I have just received a bank notification for an app that I certainly did not sign up for and certainly do not want to.
I will be persuing this all the way with the bank and supporting authorities .

Scam company, do not use!

Over charged me £2, only £2 but not the point, offered me 75p worth of points instead of refunding me. Obviously won't be using again! Sent screenshots of order price confirmation and the money I was actually charged, they just ended the chat as resolved. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely disgusting service, was charged twice on Saturday and have tried contacting 3 times to get a refund but ignored. Best sticking to other companies who have customer service and actually respond when there’s a problem.

My second review now. Despite contacting them several times and the negative review previously they still maintain primary ownership of our Google Business profile after a year.

Disgusting service, ordered Chinese it arrived, but it was inedible, beyond gross, things floating in sauces and dirt in the plain rice, rancid sweet amd sour dishes. So contacted All Eat expecting a refund, even packed up all the food ready to send back. No refund, no help just basically tough shit. Won't be using again and have reported restaurant.to council food standards

Do not use these jokers. Logged in and had an offer which states "Welcome to All Eat and thank you for ordering. Here's an App Exclusive Deal just for you. Use code [ALLEAT] at checkout for £6 OFF on the App! Download the app now to enjoy this offer- URLTODOWNLOAD". This is the full message with all the info they presented.

I downloaded the app, created an account and then went to use the code which came up with an error. Went to online support who said there were issues with some codes, then that this one was expired. However the code was still showing in the chat which I pointed out and they just stopped responding.

I can see others have had problems with the code and that it might be only £2 off 3 orders. If this is the case then it is not clear at all so must be hidden in some terms and conditions which are not presented to you. But I couldn't get it to work anyway.

In the end I decided to order through Just-Eat and have requested my account be deleted.
