Our first and only experience was for a large order of SAS disk drives. Everything about the experience was bad. From the ordering process, through the payment process, to fulfillment. How these people have so many 5-star ratings is puzzling. Nothing about the people we interacted with was professional. Mistakes were made, by them, at every turn. Completely incompetent. Never again.

ALLHDD website just had what I needed, price is reasonable and make it easy to purchase. As long as you have no issues you are fine. If you have a defective product good luck to you. I bought 5 ASA5506-k-9 for a client. One has an extra heat sink floating inside. gave them all the info. Took pictures of the box with all the Cisco #'s and they insist it wasn't one they sold me. I do not stock these nor have a need them. Only purchased them special for a client who had no outlet to buy them. So my company is out the $430 and i have to refund my client who needs it. Plus takes days to respond if at all. Deleting my account. This 1 of 2 bad experiences. I need trusted suppliers
