Alliance London Bewertungen

I thoroughly recommend Alliance London for finding a rental property in London! The process was incredibly smooth thanks to Viktorija, who showed us around the flat and organised the contract. All questions were always instantly answered and the entire experience felt very easy. We are very pleased with the property itself and can thus confidently recommend Alliance London to anyone who asks!

Viktorja was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire lettings process. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive, and made what can often be quite a stressful process feel straightforward and reassuring.

She was always happy to answer our questions, kept us updated at every stage and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We really appreciated how professional but also genuinely warm and personable she was.

We’re now very happily settled into our new home, and I’m so glad we had Viktorja helping us along the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic estate agent, she was a pleasure to work with from start to finish!

They were incredibly efficient and responsive, both over email and on the phone. Super helpful, especially with explaining what proper procedures and best options were under tight time constraints. Viktorija was a major help throughout the whole process!

Good experience and Eric helped me very well

Sent back a dress in early March and had my refund within four days. Simple process, no chasing needed. Just wish the label was prepaid.

Alliance London's website made browsing listings genuinely easy. Marcus here, based in CA looking at London investment properties. The neighbourhood filters could use a bit of refining, but nothing that slowed me down much.

Absolutely amazing help and support from the Limehouse team which was a game changer as an overseas landlord. No problem was too big or small in turning around a property within a 6 day timeframe. Massive thanks to Anna and Viktorija - absolute superstars!

Super helpful and quick to assist in the best way possible. Many thanks for everything, Viktorija was always eager to help!!

The whole process went by very smoothly, got all the information I needed in a short amount of time!

Outstanding service from start to finish. My agent Viktorjia Taraskeviciute, went above and beyond to help us arrange our documents, and her market knowledge, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. I would like to recommend Alliance London to anyone who is buying, selling, or renting a property.

Very disappointing experience with Alliance East London Ltd.

We rented a flat at Grace Lodge, 181 Clarence Road, E5 8EE for one year and experienced ongoing mice issues in the building, which were repeatedly reported but never properly resolved.

Communication with property manager Jakir Hussain was consistently poor. Responses were slow, issues dragged on for weeks, and reaching anyone when something needed fixing felt almost impossible. Jakir Hussain proved to be a benchmark of unprofessional communication, zero empathy, and complete unwillingness to help tenants.

At the end of the tenancy, we genuinely tried to resolve everything fairly. However, instead of constructive communication, the process became unnecessarily prolonged and unprofessional. The agency attempted to charge us additional unfair costs through the deposit process, but we challenged this through the DPS dispute resolution service and won the case — the disputed charges were rejected.
It took 2 months to receive the main part of our deposit back. The remaining amount was disputed — we won the case, but have still not received the funds to this day. It has been almost 4 months since we moved out, and the matter is still not fully resolved.

The landlord is former footballer Joe Cole — which makes this even more disappointing. You’d expect someone with his public profile to hold their properties to a higher standard of management and tenant care.

We would not recommend Alliance East London Ltd or this property to anyone. Unprofessional. Untransparent. Unfair.

I have had an excellent experience with the services provided by Anna Groves! Cannot recommend her enough. Super all the way.

Viktorija Taraskeviciute and Ali Erdogan were so helpful and made moving as stress free as possible. I was kept updated on the process and made moving from Leeds to London a smooth journey

Anna ,Viktoria and Sam were fantastic in every way and achieved a very satisfactory result .I am very pleased with this office and the people I dealt with .

I have had a very disappointing experience with this agency.

When I moved into the property, it was already in poor and dirty condition, and I have videos showing this at check-in. A few months later, a cockroach infestation started. I immediately reported the issue to both the landlord and the agency, sending photos, videos and emails. However, they only arranged an inspection after one month, just to look at the situation. Even after that visit, no proper action was taken, and I was forced to live in those conditions for two more months.

Before leaving the property, I thoroughly cleaned the flat and left it in a much better condition than when I moved in. I have submitted dated photos and videos showing the condition at check-out to DPS as part of a formal deposit dispute.

Despite providing clear evidence of the property’s condition at both check-in and check-out, the landlord still requested a £200 deduction from my deposit for cleaning, and the agency did not intervene or support me in any way.

This experience has been stressful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I have now raised a formal dispute with DPS and submitted all my evidence.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend this agency.

I was a tenant in the property managed by Alliance London agency. Unlike the previous agency who managed the property they proved to be very professional, reasonable and polite. I would recommend them to both tenants and landlord.
