I purchased an allpond solutions UV steriliser on Amazon, within 5 weeks the bulb blew. I tried to contact them through amazon and couldnt make much sense of what they were getting at, but they were trying to tell me, once I had puchased it, they were finished with it. After much arguing about my consumer rights, they are now sending me a replacement bulb, after all the work the pump did before it blew has been undone.

Customer service is shoddy, if you expect a product to last longer than 6 weeks, do not buy from allpond solutions.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful with an issue regarding my UV filter, which they have replaced free of charge. Will be using them again.

The worst customer service, the products are pretty reliable apart from the ceramic impeller shaft on the wm-2000 and they don't want to help I would definitely not recommend them

The company is great as supplying what you want, but if something is faulty or needs the be claimed under warranty, that's where things change and they will engage you in an endless round of email tennis, replies come from a different person each time asking a different or the same question, this continues until you give up out of pure frustration, you have been warned.

As requested I sent an email f.a.o Kyra, but unfortunately I did not receive a reply, I did however make contact with the company via their online chat and I'm happy to say the matter was quickly resolved and they offered to send a replacement part which has now arrived. I have upgrade my star rating to a four to reflect this

This review is based entirely on post delivery customer service which is, well, non existent. You can’t speak to anyone so if you have a faulty item as I do it’s all proforma & email/photos. They don’t seem to be able to grasp a basic complaint. I’d hope it would be pretty easy to resolve but I’ve given up & sourced the faulty item (some tubing) myself as it’s costing me more in time than to buy the stuff on Amazon.

Purchased yet another UV filter for my fish tank and it broke again withing months. They won't let me exchange it and keep going round in circles. It worth £30...... AVOID THIS COMPANY ......

MY REPLY TO Below Statement WEEKS I've BEEN Trying to get a replacement, send video, send pics. I've had enough. It's not working, I wanna send it back and have a replacement. I'm not asking for my money back. So emailing again won't solve the problem..... In the meantime my fish are with with out their UV lamp. FINALLY GOT A NEW ONE BEING SENT OUT AFTER 1 MONTH.

Prompt response and excellent service. I'll definitely stay with them.

I ordered the 3000 Litre Aquarium wavemaker / powerhead directly from their website. delivery was super quick, all within a couple days which was great. I didn't realise the product only came with a suction cup for attachment. However, after numerous attempts to get this to stick to the glass inside, it keeps falling off. It may stay put for 2 mins then fall, or a couple of hours and then fall. This then resulted in sand and coral blowing everywhere.

Reached out to customer service who replied really quick and I was told the market for this was separate, but they would send me one out no problem.

The next agent then told me I had to pay for this which was £14, so the same price i paid or the actual unit.

I raised the point i was told I was offered a magnet to be sent but I was told again by another agent I was misinformed and I would need to purchase.

Very dissapointed with the service received.

I ordered the AllPondSolutions 1000L/H + 9W UV Aquarium External Filter EF1+ × 1.

It’s a great product and excellent price. My one is a new model, it’s very quiet and was easy to install if you read the instructions first.
A little tip when priming the pump, make sure both the outlet and inlet are completely submerged in the tank water, this makes it a lot easier to prime and helps reduce air in the system. Over I am very happy so far with the pump.

It is with great disappointment I write this review.
I purchased a head unit for my filter system last November ( 2024 ) the said unit stopped working in December (2024) Allpond solutions made me jump through hoops to try and resolve the issue, all via email “ check this, take photos of that” over and over again, after countless emails they eventually agreed to send me out another unit, after 22 days of use, this unit went the very same way, the primer stoped working and it stop moving water, please bare in mind I have kept tropical fish for 28 years, I quickly purchased an Aquaone pump connected to to same pipe work (set up) and it’s functioning absolutely fine..
I have had the same procedure with the second unit, ( check this, take photos of that )over and over again, then allpondsolutions telling me the second unit has no warranty because i purchased the first unit last November,, I have all the emails to verify this.
All I can suggest to people is stay away from allpondsolutions, if your product breaks you are in for one hell of a ride,

Had exactly the product I wanted at a good price. Ordered, soon had a message it was on its way, but it didn't arrive. They were initially slow to respond but after a few days someone took it in hand, found out what had gone wrong (at their end), sorted it out and rapidly got my pump to me. Very good communication and a good pump made me change my review form the one star I first thought of to the 4 star which I now think they deserve

Received my order as requested the service was excellent, I would highly recommend this company they have great products at very reasonable prices. I have used them for all my pond products and would never go anywhere else first class service

I have used All Pond Solutions a few times now and have always had a positive experience. Their products are simple unfussy well priced and best of all work!!!

They are a good all round fish both aquarium and pond suppliers.

It wasn't a great experience but not a terrible experience. My items turned up a week later than expected and customer service was like trying to draw blood from a stone but I got my items. I would like the customer service team to be able to give their customers information whether it's positive or negative about the items they've purchased. If items are delayed tell us as telling them to just sit and wait is painful.

I purchased the 80cm Ultra Clear Glass Aquarium Fish Tanks - 140 Litre and it's what I expected, I reinforced the seals with Gold Label Underwater Sealant and glass corner clips just for piece of mind but the tanks good and the fish love it.

Overall 3 stars seems a underwhelming but the customer service has let it down.

Excellent company to deal with. I sent them a email to ask a question, they recognised I had a problem and offered to send parts out to sort it out, all free of charge. Courteous, helpful and would highly recommend

Received a faulty item - jumped through all the hoops to get a refund however they took a very long time to respond and requested a lot of evidence that the item was faulty, and in the end I couldn't get a refund as it was outside of the 30 day refund limit. Despite me notifying them it was faulty within the time limit, they have refused the refund. Poor customer service - but everything else I've experienced is good.

I purchased an external tank filter via Amazon. 1400EF it arrived 2 days early at my work address. Amazon left it on a public highway on a Sunday night. I have no doubt it was delivered because Amazon sent me a photograph. Anyhow needless to say by the time I arrived at work Monday morning the parcel was no where to be seen. I contacted all pond solutions via Amazon and after a small investigation and a few questions they agreed to give me a full refund. Their customer service was second to non. I have purchased similar items from them before and the products have arrived in good time and in great condition.

I bought a tank filter from them and it came next day i was so impressed I bought a second one
