The product I received was good quality…
The product I received was good quality and a quick turn but the sizes for what I picked were over sized. I am 6'3" 220lbs and the Adult M jerseys were a good fit on me, so they were too big for many of the boys I coached.

For future reference, we have a size chart listed on each product to give you a better idea of how they fit. And since sizes can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, we always recommend ordering samples so you can get a better idea of what to expect.

Had a great experience, would like to see changes to “exchange policy”
Had a great experience, for the most part. If i have any gripes it would be “the exchange” policy. I would have liked to be able to simply exchange the sizes for the proper size, but the way it’s set up It cost the customer to exchange a purchased item. Other than that great service and prompt delivery of uniforms!!

We are with you about exchanging items out! We wish there was an easier and more cost-efficient way of doing it. Since we don’t stock items in our office, there are a ton of costs associated with the process. We try to make it as easy on the wallet as possible for you by covering the manufacturer’s restocking fee and offering a small discount to help offset the shipping on the new items.

Great service and helpful staff. Sublimated uniforms were a little more lightweight than I expected but there was probably a more expensive option I unintentionally failed to select. We are happy with our uniforms and I would do business here again.

The team is super excited and happy with the jerseys! They look great and are super moisture wicking. The best part was dealing with the staff. I was a bit undecided on making this purchase, but they made it very easy by showing us a sample of what looked like and reached out to verify sizes and numbers matched. Would definitely recommend!

Uniforms we're very nice for the price…
Uniforms we're very nice for the price my team looked good in them out on the field only down fall the sizes run big and so the pants were big on majority of my players. Over all I still give them a 4. Also the lady manager or supervisor is amazing she helped me with all of my needs and made sure to stay in contact with me to let me know the status of my my purchase very much appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Shipping cost was ridiculous
Staff was friendly, but the shipping cost was ridiculous, $9 on a pair of pants, especially when the address was entered incorrectly and items was delayed. It has been over a week since I returned pants, it wasn't until I called, they started the refund processing.

In regards to your shipping: You received free ground shipping on your order over $299. You also placed two exchange orders and chose expedited shipping for those. Expedited shipping does get a little expensive, but I'm glad to see you were able to use the exchange shipping discount. We know dealing with exchanges can be frustrating, which is why we try to help by offering that discount.
Unfortunately, many of the manufacturers we use are experiencing shipping delays due Covid restrictions. We did have the disclaimer on our website under the products you ordered. I apologize for any inconvenience the 1 day delay caused!
Lastly, we received your returned items in our office on Friday 9/25. We processed the return and issued your credit Monday 9/28. You should have received an email yesterday letting you know that the credit was issued. I am resending that credit email now so you will have for your records. :)
