I just received my Kingman Birdseye Squash Blossom Necklace in the mail. It was delivered in a lovely black velvet lined case, and is absolutely beautiful. I have never seen such a gorgeous example of this style of necklace and I had been looking for several years. The stones are matched so well; all being a beautiful blue color, with a rich golden brown matrix throughout. The craftmanship of the silver around each stone contains much detail with beaded silver and squash blossoms at the side of each stone. The large silver beads between each stone are perfectly matched in size. I'm so happy with my purchase. If this isn't , "museum quality," I don't know what is! After looking through the online catalogue I purchased the Native American Bolo Tie Carved Kingman Turquoise Arrowhead Sterling, as a gift form my husband. When I opened the box I was shocked the picture did not do it justice. It was absolutely breath taking.

On Feb 16, 2004, I purchased 1/4 lb. sleeping beauty turquoise stones. I received the order in 3 days, which is very nice. However, the web page states "20% OFF Plus Get Additional FREE SHIPPING On Orders Over $50". I received the free shipping but did not receive the 20% discount. I called and spoke with a gentleman who stated the discount does not apply to turquoise stones and that it had not been posted yet. He stated he would give me the 20% discount. The following day, there was no discount so I called again and spoke with the owner, Richard. He also stated turquoise is not discounted. I mentioned that's not what the web page states. He said it states the discount only applies to jewelry. I don't see that anywhere on the web page! He was not at the office and would not discuss it and abruptly hung up on me. If it states the discount is for jewelry only, it is well hidden. I have placed the order, made 2 phone calls, I must make a 3rd call in 3 days to resolve this. From the tone of the owner's voice, he didn't sound too cooperative. I may have to return this order. Please beware of what you order! I was hoping to find a company that I can begin doing business with on a regular basis. This company has demonstrated poor customer service and argumentative phone representatives. It is clear that my business is not important to Alltribes Indian Art. If I receive good, honest customer service, I will be loyal for life. Alltribes Indian Art has yet to earn that loyalty.

I wanted a bolo tie to use instead of traditional ties. My girlfriend had purchase a black leather hat band for my black Stetson hat with silver conches n & turquoise . I loved it. After reading all tribes on line ; I chose several ......confused I called company. Richard had just left office & said he would call from home . He did. & helped me choose. He took order on Monday & was supposed to arrive Wednesday. He called & apologized ....it would be one more day. Well , it arrived today and it was AMAZING!!! Great customer service & great product ! Looks better in person. I have purchased turquoise bracelets, rings & western products from other companies.....but Alltribes is # 1 on my list from now on. Thanks Guys, Arthur Bayville NY

and recieved the order on the 29th (Tues) was quick to say the least. The Apache chokers are very well made and beautiful to look at. I was to give Alltribes a rating from 0 to 10, it would be an 11 for sure, and I will recommend Alltribes to all. Native/Amer. Nativity Scene - have any?If not, can you get them?

I had a custom bracelet built and they allowed me to change stones and placement of silverwork etc. I will always trust the work done by thier silversmiths they have in their shop.

Just two days after ordering I recived my marble fetish necklace in the mail. The necklace was reasonably priced and the marble bears adorning the necklace remind me of fetishes my native american grandmother gave me as a child. I am very pleased with the service this company has provided and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends!
