Ots great to meet taxi driver that actually is willing to have a conversation,let alone actually be nice, instead of a quiet journey home. Muhammad is a most definite asset,truly amazing

Booked a taxi 2 weeks in advance and it arrived 30 minutes late. Second time this has happened. Won’t happen again because I won’t use them again. Suggest not using this taxi firm unless you’re okay with at least a 1 hour delay and no explanation.

Pre-booked a taxi to go to the stadium. Despite pre-booking no driver assigned. Phoned them and they said we don’t know if we can get you a taxi were busy! Yeah that’s why I pre-booked, why accept bookings if you can’t cater for them so frustrating!!!

Dreadful service.. booked taxi for 11.15, didn't turn up till 12 which meant I had to drive as I was late

Robbers. Quoted £12:50 and ended up paying £16:80. Driver purposely went the long way round. Would never use them again

Booked a taxi in advance to the train station for 18:40. Rang up about 10 minutes after it was due to arrive. Automated system said there's no availability and will schedule one as soon as possible.

Spoke to a operator who promised and assured me it would arrive in time to get my train. Taxi rang up just as my train was due to arrive...

The taxi driver said to book again for the train in the next hour and he will take me free of charge. So booked again at 19:40. At 19:46 I get a text to say a driver has now been dispatched.... Unreliable, useless booking system and liars.

I took my 17 old baby to basingstoke hospital on 27th around 10 pm.as he was very sick and he has naso gastric tube attached to his nose all the time since he hardly eat from mouth. After we are done with examine the doctor told us we can take home so i booked alpha car and arrived at 2.33 am.
Once i get inside the car with my baby . He vomitted all over me. The driver asked if he has vomitted . I said yes but its all over me and has not even spilled on a car seat or anywhere. He rudely said to get out of his car. He verbally abuse me and harrass me and my baby who is sick. That was such an unacceptable behaviour from the driver. He said get out of my car… out of my car.. i said out of my car.. thats is exact line .thats very inhuman and it was 2.33 am . I certainly want the authorities to look on to this case. The driver was in EY20 WPD grey skoda superb. Arrived at 2.33 am on 28 may 2024 main entrance basingstoke north hampshire hospital.

I have booked alpha cars taxi from Basingstoke train station office to Apollo Hotel on 6 May 2024. Started the trip with £12.
On next day when I reached the train station office I asked the receptionist about the double charge. He said it was a mistake and when come next time the driver will refund the money.

After 2 weeks , I was in the train station office and the receptionist checked this trip at 17:15 on 6 May to Apollo Hotel and my name also was recorded Neishan instead of Hesham.
He gave me email address to send to.
I have sent them the email with full details and more than a week now I did not get any response from them.

We ordered a mini bus as there was 8 of us - this was clear during the booking. A 7 seater (VW Sharan) arrived , so only 6 people could get in. The driver contacted the office and they thought that he drove a mini bus, not a 7 seater. The driver therefore did 2 trips, but charged £40 per trip (mini bus rate, not taxi / 7 seater rate) rather than the agreed £40 for all 8 people. We therefore had to pay £80 to travel 3 miles. We were left with no choice as we didnt have another way home, but this was extortionate. For info, Uber wanted £15 for 2 taxis for the same journey. They didn't accept the trip, so it isnt a fair comparison,
but it gives an idea of competition costs.

Amazing service and very quick turn around would highly recommend using him again.

Awful service. Ordered taxi for two blind friends for 3am to Gatwick. Arrived 45 minutes late so my friends were very anxious as they move slowly through the airport and were afraid they’d miss their flight. Don’t use.

The taxi stunk of cig ash every where the car needed a clean from inside had an awful smell even after the cig smell had gone had to keep my window open all the way, wont be using this taxi firm again

You cannot get any bookings during school time as they pre book everything for school this is absolutely unacceptable. This company is profit based and not for service at all.

Awful local company, showed up 15 mins late than booked ( ) then at the end of the ride we had to pay 50p extra as we were paying by debit card as well
( and unfortunately we didn't have cash ) Allegedly this is what the debit card companies charge them.....won't come as a surprise prise we would never use these local cowboys again.........

The taxi driver was 30 minutes late, when he turns up he drove past my house and to a complete different close!! i then called the main office for them to tell me they’re getting the driver to call me whom didn’t then call me for another 10 minutes! for then when i’m on phone to the driver he can’t understand anything i was trying to say, he went to a complete different address, and he was very slow and lacked any communication

Avoid at all costs.
Prebooked a large taxi to take the family to the airport. Called Alpha the day to double check they had it still scheduled (prev history of them not turning up) which they did.

On the morning, at the time we were meant to be leaving for the airport, no taxi turned up and no contact from Alpha. When we called them they advised they could no longer send the large car, that they could instead send 2 smaller cars and we would have to agree to the costs of 2 cars. We had no choice due having to catch a plane but we will never use them again. Unreliable, unapologetic and makes the customer pay the cost of their mistakes.

Booked a taxi 1 week in advance. It was 10 minutes late, I had to ring them to ask where it was. The operator said it was 20 minutes away still, so we missed our train and our table reservation. Man said ‘we’re running a business here’. Absolute joke. Never use again.

Neighbour ordered taxi to her house. I then get a message from neighbour saying the taxi had hit my car. Witnesses see the taxi driver driving at speed down road who went past destination to then stop and reversed again at speed who hit my car and damaged it, to then drive off and not leave details. Taxi company wasn’t helpful at all and lied saying they can’t get hold of driver which is convenient. Absolutely disgusting.
