Gwen listened to my wishes for a holiday in Thailand. Arranged hotel accommodations and airport transfers seamlessly. She followed up with confirmations. Great communication throughout the process despite being in a different time zone and country. Looking forward to the next collaboration. Great Job team!!!

I learnt of this company from my brother, who couldn't stop talking about how well they'd done with his travel arrangements.
I had special requirements and it was handled with such professional expediency, agent even told me about other provisions I could request for.
Travel with ease with Alphapack Travel.
Definitely booking my next holiday with them.

I am was very impressed with the service delivery and continued communication between the agent and customer from the time I had booked my travel holiday. I was kept on the loop with all changes that the airline kept doing until my travel day. Surprisingly on the the last minute to check in, (weekend for that matter) the flight was cancelled. My agent took time to sleep late trying to sort other means. I followed her recommendations and at the 11th hour it was sorted and I managed to get my connection cruise line. I am likely to use this agent in the future and strongly would recommend others to do so. Thank you Gwen

Gwen was excellent with her service . At times I would ask numerous questions but she was patient and made me at ease . My child travelled unaccompanied and I must say that was one of the most memorable and exciting experience he had and he will never forget . On his return , he was put on first class and he had the best experience which he can't stop talking about . Mind you , I didn't pay for first class , he was just well looked after to and from. I will use Gwen's services again .Thank you Gwen !

The whole process was made so easy. The communication was really good and I did not have to wait long for a response. I had a wide range of options of flights to choose from and never felt pressured to buy. The service was simply amazing.
Thank you Gwen

Absolutely fantastic services from Gwen. Thank you so much for the support you provided in ensuring that not only did I get reasonably priced flight tickets but it was personalised to what I wanted. Gwen, has been handling my travel for many years. First time to know Gwen, she planned a trip for my 6year old daughter as an unaccompanied minor. I was very anxious about the Journey , but Gwen eased my anxiety.

Gwen assisted me so well, asked me about how much I would want to spend, preferred time of travel and kept checking on available flights. She stepped into my shoes, understood my situation and provided the best option for me within a brief time.

Execellent service , when I was stuck at the airport Gwen was available to assist me with visa application. Contacted the air line on my behalf as I was very distraught, she comforted and ensured that I had arrived home safely . Still continued to check up on and advised me to reschedule the flight which I managed to do .
