Love the milk itself; the taste, flavour and texture are to me very nice. It compliments cereals (All bran and porridge) very well.

However; I am not a fan of the new all in one, click top/lids, they are awful. I get that the change is to meet EU regs regarding non detachable lids/tops, but these are so hard to open now, and when you do manage it, you end up spilling the contents. I even broke a nail trying to prize open a lid, I kid you not.

So although I like the product, I'm keeping an eye out for an alternative as the lids make opening a new bottle a drama each time, Shame!

why did i gain weight from this milk? i only drink it in the morning with coffee. my butt became African and i got a belly. what is in this product? how can i be sure that there is no sugar or dried milk? so that the products in the emirates hide the composition and there is no certainty what the products are made of.

The Barista range all have such nasty inflammatory ingredients. Gums, stabilisers, additives when there are better brands like Plenish and Rude Health, which provide clean ingredients. For example Rude Health Ultimate Almond is 3 ingredients and super white in colour and rich in flavour- amazing!
Why also put apple extract in Soya? It tastes weird, rancid and left an aftertaste ALONG with the nasty ingredients. Need to keep up to date with other competitors!!!

I had a query about the ingredients of the products and the reply was speedy, informative and supportive. Thankyou so much. Lovely yogurt too!

Update. Just as I posted this review a letter arrived in the post today with a full explanation of what might have happened. So thank you to Alpro for that.

Must say customer service not up to scratch. I first sent a complaint about a sour carton on almond no sugar long life milk on 19 June 2024. Sent photos , bar code and date of expiry. For some reason this simple complaint has turned into a farce and despite promises of a letter in the post , nothing has arrived as of today.

Shanisha at Alpro went above and beyond with assisting with clarifying unlisted ingredients (Natural Flavourings) on Alpro product listings. Thank you.

I use the Alpro oat milk and was confused about the difference between the original, no added sugar version and the no sugar version. I received a speedy, informative and clear explanation. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I would like a more plant based diet so we wanted to be kept up to date with Alpro products. As we don't do social media, Shanisha replied to my email and now I'm signed up to their newsletter by email! Thank you Shanisha for being so helpful :-)

I messaged Alpro uk to make an enquiry and just to let them know how much i enjoyed barista oat milk after my daughters both telling me how much they enjoyed it and so after trying some from a little coffee truck I’m converted. But the team at Alpro were very responsive and replied to my query within a very short space of time which was great

Dropped a line to the Alpro team to let them know how much we like their products, I.e. My Cuppa and the Coconut Barista milk. Received the most charming reply by return - always lovely to know that there are appreciative folks at the manufacturer.

Generally a decent range of products. However the vanilla yoghurt is way too sweet. Also would prefer my yoghurt white rather than yellow. Its sweetness though is where it fails.Their is another brand that does this much better.

I got intouch with alpro a few month back due to a batch of milk going off within a day or 2. Stored correctly following instructions the container said.

My 5 year old had just been diagnosed with a dairy intolerance and he was having to drink off milk (the milk shouldn't off been off) as it was only bought the day before 2 at the most so it was getting to the point of having to check ourself before giving to our son. Even the one at school was off and school didn't realise due to not being able to taste my sons stuff before handing to him for health and safety and just thought he was getting use to a change in diet and it was off. I now have to by individual small cartons for school.

I reached out to alpro team to explain this and finally got the investigation letter and they think I either stored incorrectly when I followed the instructions and it's on a shelf in a shop or a damaged container. Bare in mind I bought from 3 different stores and this was all within a week. They have gave me a £5 voucher which yes I appreciate but from how much I spent within a week on milk due to it going off is no where near £5 when 1 container in a shop isn't cheap to be honest. Also what can you really by in a shop with £5 I'm this day and age.

Many thanks to Alex for his recent help on my query on the coconut alpro deserts that are no longer available. This was something my ill son was able to tolerate being "free from"
He gave me all the answers I was looking for.
