Only half of my order arrived, but all items were marked as complete on their site.

I called to ask for help with this and was told that the rest would be arriving on the same day, and it did not. I am still waiting for a real response and for the rest of my items.

This is my first time using them, but it has been a bad experience in regards to delivery and customer service.

Felt tip writing on mill finish aluminium stock. Real first day apprentice stuff - trying to be helpful ... So the extra job is to, hopefully, remove it with solvents.
Please don't mark up materials by direct marking, and if it is essential write on low tack masking tape and then stick it on.

Good customer service, I was able to talk to person on multiple occasions and email responses were prompt. Price was reasonable. Wanted some t-sections to paint and use as very discrete transition strips from tile-> wood. What these guys have is a vast collection of anything you could wish for. Got delivery today of 3 big lengths, perfection. You can even get it cut to exact size :-)

Sure - delivery was a little high you may say? Nope, delivery for something that length is not cheap, and honestly, with the prices you pay for the actual product, don't hesitate to buy from a reputable (look at the overall scoring of this place ;-), efficient and economically priced offerings.
