Excellent service

Fitted a new boiler in my mother's house. The job was done quickly. The old one was taken away and everything was clean and tidy. I have used Mellors for several years now, and will continue to do so.

The work was completed to a quality standard that has now lasted without fault. The work was exceptional since I was not even there when it was done. No fuss, high quality!

Recently had our old boiler swapped for a new combi and most of the radiators replaced. The work was carried out to a very high standard and at a very reasonable price. A very polite and professional service.

First, Darren attended promptly to survey the site and discuss our requirements. He explained how the water heater would be installed and agreed with our choice of unit. He provided the most competitive price for the job.
Second, the installation date was agreed at our convenience.
Third, the installation engineers were polite, explained what they were doing, worked quickly to complete the job and explained the control of the unit. They returned a few days later to fit a condensation trap that had been missed from the original proposal.
All in all a highly satisfactory transaction and we have no hesitation in recommending Mellors.
