We've used S&U, PA since 2007 to form our current LLC and be our registered agent, as well as occasional legal advice. They're very caring and ensure we follow the rules of FL's corporation registration every year. And, all for an affordable price which is very important to us as a small business.

I have been a longtime client of Spiegel & Utrera. They have handled legal issues related to my 2 corporations' business, patents, and trademarks. I usually consult with Natalia Utrera, and appreciate her considerable professional legal abilities; as well as her sense of immediacy, and personal attention. Their staff is always professional and courteous.

I recently scheduled a 15 minute consultation to answer a few general questions prior to hiring Amerilawyer to create my PLLC in Texas. As soon as the appointment was scheduled, I received a follow up email rescheduling the appointment for fifteen minutes later than the first scheduled appointment. Following those two emails, I received yet another email rescheduling the second appointment for fifteen minutes later than the last. I confirmed my attendance for the appointment, as did three of the other four invitees. I rearranged my work day to attend this consultation, only to be the LONE invitee to log on for the appointment. Counsel didn't show up late; they didn't show up AT ALL. I replied to the appointment email to let someone know (it actually went to all scheduled invitees) that no one attended the consultation meeting. I got ZERO responses. Not showing up to meetings and not responding to customer communication is unprofessional and not indicative of the behavior the public expects from an attorney. Needless to say, I went another direction for my legal services. Get it together, Amerilawyer!

ease of payment however there is one wrinkle that i cannot understand trying to forward minutes of meeting for my LLC . I filled out form 4 x used 3 diff browsers., tried to fax 4 x and am unable to get it sent to you. always NO ANSWER ( really)

What a great decision to retain the legal services of Amerilawyer (Spiegel & Utrera, P.A.) in 1998!

It has been nothing but platinum services from this firm (especially from Nathalia Utrera, Esq.).

This firm demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism, ethics, and accountability. I hired them to assist with a permitting and expediting process with the city based on a trusted referral from another attorney I work with. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.
Throughout the engagement, the firm provided virtually no meaningful assistance beyond sending two emails stating they were representing me. At one point, Michael even advised me to shut down my business…an instruction he later denied in writing. When I raised concerns about the lack of progress and the misinformation, the firm’s response was to charge me approximately $2,000 for reviewing documents I explicitly requested not to be reviewed and for sending those two emails.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this firm.

She helped me straighten out three (3) different issues I had, took a payment over the phone and explained in detail exactly what I had to do with one of our corporations.
