Pawel is responsive and clear in communication so you can decide easily on the service you want. He is calm and flexible which are essential qualities when dates can change at short notice. Nothing was damaged, they came on time and the price
was very competitive.

Pavel has moved me three times now in the past few years. Once a short distance from SW19 to TW10. Then a move 150 miles out of town and finally out of storage into my new place. Moving this many times wasn’t planned and was very stressful, but Pavel made each move as easy as it could be. He prices competitively and absolutely nothing gets damaged but equally important he is such a positive, calming influence and goes the extra mile on everything.

Pavel helped us to move (for a second time) and the experience was as professional and straightforward as the first. This is the second time I have used this company, and yet again, the service was outstanding. Pavel and his team are always professional, very polite, neat and yet again, we had zero breakages. It is well worth the money to pay for them to pack up your house too. They are always quick and on time and Pavel is always available to answer questions. They collect all the old boxes too which really helps. I hope I don’t have to move again but if I do, I will not hesitate to use them for a third time. I was also pleased that the team is still made up of the of the same people, and I think it bodes well if a company can retain their staff.

Pavel and his team were wonderful! I was nervous to move during lockdown with a baby, but the moving process turned out to be a lot quicker and easier than expected. We decided to pack ourselves because of Covid, and he sent us links to the materials based on a video I sent him of our old home. On the day of the move, he was punctual, friendly, accommodating and even managed to get our large American mattress up a tight stairwell in our new home. Could not recommend them more!
