I asked for my money back, but they tried to push me into another free month with unrealistic rules. when I refused, they threatened a penalty and made refunds difficult, ignoring my messages and delaying everything to avoid paying me back. At my age, I prefer peace of mind. #century 100 has been easy to stick with, and payments have always come through fine.

I have been trying for 3 days to get any customer support from Angel Studios. I have been unable to view any of their movies. They have not contacted me other than to send automated emails that do not address my issue.

The advertise that you can get your money back if you don't find Investors. I am trying to get a refund for almost 3 months now they just ignore me.

If I could give Angel network, no stars, I would! Their streaming service is a waste of money. I signed up and then I wanted to cancel and they won’t give me a refund. They said I agreed to no refund. Do not subscribe to Angel network. It’s not worth the money at all. I canceled and they would not prorate and give me a refund for the rest of the year. Whatever you do bypass Angel network don’t even give it a second thought.

Promised programing that never happened or stopped mid stream. Their refund policy does not exist. I was unable to respond to the renewal notice due to a medical condition, too bad for me, had to pay for another full year, they will NOT prorate. Don't bother with this service.

totally useless. They don't communicate by phone, want an up-front fee. They don't understand business communications. They just want to push their point and click model. Stay away from this site.

Don’t be fooled by their "Money Back Guarantee." It’s a total scam. When I asked for my money back within the 30 days, they tried to trap me into a second "free" month with impossible rules.

If you don't want the extra month, they keep 50% of your money as a penalty. They make it as hard as possible to get a refund and ignore your emails to try and run out the clock. This is a predatory subscription trap for founders. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They charged me a recurring fee after my order, and I’ve been trying for weeks to cancel. The website won’t let me unsubscribe and support never responds to messages. Not trustworthy.

Angel Studios subscription is a very low rated I don't appreciate that they don't have anyone you can talk to with a customer service and it's very horrible that they don't refund your money when you are not satisfied they are very poor in their rating and they totally suck

I recently tried using Angel Investment Network, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Within hours of creating a profile, my inbox was filled with spam, questionable “investor” messages, and obvious scam attempts. None of the leads were legitimate, and not a single conversation came from a verified or credible investor.

The platform appears to prioritize volume over quality, and as a founder building fast, this became an immediate distraction and waste of time.

If you're a serious startup looking for actual investors, I strongly recommend avoiding this platform. There are far better, safer, and more effective ways to connect with real investors.

I paid $159 and the 1st two movies I wanted to watch weren't available in my area. I think that's very crooked. They need to change there name... Angel is definitely not appropriate.

What movies we can get are good, but I am tired of seeing great movies being advertised and we can NOT get them here in Canada. Then the series wont let you see move than 2 . NOT worth the extra money we in Canada have to pay for our low $

I bought the subscription based on their assurance that they will refund their subscription fee if I don't receive any investor BUT it has condition buried somewhere in their refund condition. You need to inform them 5 days before the end date of listing to get your refund.
I doubt I'll get money from them directly but I'm prepared to go to Consumer Commission.

Angel sucks. They talk about how great they are, charge you a pile of money to stream and half the shows are not complete. In example: Homestead. They only have 2 sessions and the rest has not even been scheduled. They charge is USD and for Canadians it is outrageous. Never again. I would not recommend Angel Studios to anyone.

Lost money here. You have to pay to pitch. You pitch and get nothing, the site is barren of investors, nothing to see here, you're wasting your time.

After the month is up, you contact them within the time stated, they won't give you your money back, just offer to rewrite the pitch themselves (or 'himself' more like), which is pretty much pointless as my original pitch was good to begin with and you're just repitching to the same barren network.

They never give you your money back, it's just a prolonged scam.

Scam site; Fraudulent charges my account for "No services rendered" a same experience as others filing a complaint. Ripped off a Senior for $600 without notifications of pending charges to credit card account; then used ambiguous and fraudulent policy to not honor refund. I WANT MY MONIES BACK!!!!
