Such fantastic service!
I needed a dress by the end of the week, so phoned to ask if quick dispatch was possible. The dress was sent immediately - and arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Amazing service!
The dress is also fabulous!

Ordered their Aloha dress. The one size is a bit misleading. It fits me at size 16 but wouldn't fit larger. The dress is poorly made, nice enough pattern, very creased thin fabric and not properly hemmed around the bottom or the sleeves. There is other dodgy stitching where it's not straight and some looks loose, fabric on the bottom frill not lined up, loose threads etc. The elastic in the dress is like cheap knicker elastic. I'm keeping it as it sounds like you pay for returns and they withhold the original postage from other reviews, but don't expect this dress to last unless I restitch myself. Shame as the model is very persuasive and the garments look good on video. I wouldn't say around £30 is that cheap either for something of market stall quality. I've had better quality and cheaper even from Shein. Wouldn't order from them again on the strength of this purchase.

Fell in love with a top on Facebook, bought from a company called Apache, this was only on Saturday. It arrived today and it is every thing I hoped it would be. Fantastic quick and efficient service, can’t wait to wear it.

I’ve ordered a few items from Apache and can’t recommend enough. Website is easy & clear. Delivery is fast and goods are always packaged really well. I ordered a dress a couple of years ago which was faulty, called the office, the girls were lovely & got it sorted really quickly. Really good little company!

Good company and lovely dresses when I placed my first 2 orders then .....my 3rd order arrived ...it was faulty...took ages to get some communication back, tried leaving a voicemail, no reply, sent email, no reply. Eventually got a conversation on the FB chat to be told to return the item (I already had) for refund but postage both ways is not refunded. I actually wanted a replacement item, this is not an option. Better customer service would be 1. to answer customers when they reach out and 2. replace faulty item with a non faulty one. Hardly seems fair to have to pay postage both ways for something that is faulty. Tip: Don't order unless you are 100% sure you will keep the item.

I was very dubious about buying online as i have been scammed before but apache have been brilliant.
I recieved my jumpsuit 2 days later and it is so comfortable well made and a perfect size. It was packaged beautifully .
I can not wait to order more , very happy , wonderful service.

I am always dubious about buying things online but, I was really pleasantly surprised when I received my order. Material is beautiful and light weight. I bought because itnwas viscose. So many stores selling polyester which I just can't wear. When I opened the package it was beautifully wrapped and not just thrown in the bag which has been my experience if shops like asos, boohoo etc. I have ordered again and will continue to do so as the quality is lovely. Only little criticism is that they don't offer a free returns service. I would have liked to buy more to try them on first. That said the positives of this company and their service far outweigh the little negative.

Just received my first Apache order within 48 hours of ordering. Beautiful dress and good quality at a very reasonable price. Efficient and speedy service. Can definitely recommend Apache.

Lovely Tahiti dress in vibrant blue. On delivery, it is a lovely dress, the colour is more of a light blue than the vibrant royal blue as described.

What a great service from Apache Shops! I have bought a few things now and everything has arrived sooner than expected and the clothes have been so good, lovely material and so comfortable. Love the "one size" as I'm trying to lose weight and the appeal of not having to buy in every size is so cost effective. My go to place now xx

The quality of the clothing alone warrants 5 stars, but the service and friendliness, too, are amazing! Really quick delivery, even as far as Orkney. I'm so glad I've discovered Apacheshops!

Ordered the ‘splash splash’ dress in navy with blue accent. Paid £3.99 for delivery and it arrived in a timely fashion wrapped well. However, when I opened it the blue accent colour was in fact a grey colour, which totally changed the look of the dress, so unfortunately I decided to return it. I paid £4.67 for the return cost. The total delivery and return cost was in fact one third of the cost of the dress and I had nothing to show for it. I emailed customer service and eventually they did refund my delivery cost of £3.99, which was appreciated. The dress was a lovely fabric and if it wasn’t for the dull colour I would have kept it. I would buy from this company again only if they offered free returns (as do some other companies) as this cost is definitely prohibitive and it would be a gamble.

I have bought lots of products/dresses from this company and they never disapoint, quick delivery, great quality! I am a huge fan of Apache clothing!
