I emailed so many places about getting an apostille and translation quick, but these were one of the first to email back. They told me me what services I needed and which I didn't, and provided a fast service for a great price. They provided the best deal and delivered faster than they said it may take.

I have used Apostille & Legalisation for a number of documents for a visa application and they provided an efficient service as described on their website. I also needed the documents translated which was also carried out in a professional manner.
I would definitely use them again.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. I requested a translation that their website claimed would be completed within 48 hours, but I received no updates until I had to follow up multiple times over five days. The communication was poor.
When I finally received the translation, they did not ask for any feedback or check if I was satisfied with the result. Upon reviewing it, I noticed mistakes and found that the writing quality did not meet professional standards. Also, the translation had been outsourced to an online platform (Translayte), which charges £25 for the same service, while this company charged me £48.
When I raised my concerns, I was completely ignored. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality translation services.

Made it super easy to get my deed poll, storing backups, and offering reasonably priced services to that end. I'd use them again if I need to, sadly dropped the service only because I am now legal with government paperwork now and no longer in need of the deed poll service, but 5*****

I had a disappointing experience with Apostille and Legalisation Services. I had sent a copy of the death certificate and asked for it to be returned by emailing the company 30 minutes after I made the payment to them. I contacted the company to stop the process by phone as well but they did not take the necessary action. When I contacted the Legalisation Office ( government body) that installs the apostles, they informed me that the company has direct access to them and can communicate at any time, but no one has requested a suspension of the procedure.

In addition, the apostle was not sent in the time frame and arrived after two weeks, not five days. On top of that the document with apostille came inside a poor quality envelop, almost destroyed.

It became clear that their main focus was money. My association with Zack Walker was particularly unpleasant; he was unhelpful and extremely rude, refusing to engage in any conversation when I sought assistance.

Overall, my experience was marred by poor communication and services, lies, unhelpful and extremely arrogant, and a focus on profit over customer care.

I was so impressed with this company. From initial contact Rhianna Cain got back to all of my emails extremely quickly answering all of my awkward questions. After sending the documents Zach rang me straight away to say they had been received and they were starting work on them. Within a week they had all 5 of my documents legalised and translated. Excellent customer service. Thank you Rhanna and Zach for making such a daunting process so much easier!
