We had our 10m2 Cabin Bar installed just over a month ago and we are so pleased with it. It's cute from the outside and just a lovely place to be on the inside, a lot larger than you would first think. Our guests have commented that it's like the Tardis.
The build quality is fantastic, it feels like a true premium product.
The installation took one day (Although they book you in for two incase of weather delays or damages/missing items).
Customer service has been great, I had a number of questions along the way (ahead of installation) which were welcomed by the team - it feels like they genuinely care and genuinely want you to make the right choice for you.

From start to finish the communication and build was great. The help we had choosing the right cabin for us right through to installation and decoration was seamless. All trades people turned up on the days and times expected and were efficient and friendly. Special mention to James who put up with our countless visits and questions! Just now need to start using the beautiful Gym!!

Buying from Artic Cabins was a pleasure from start to finish. James was my first point of contact and as we could not get to a show room made a short video of the two cabins we were interested in. He pointed out the features of both and was very informative. Once we decided the ordering process was straight forwards and easy to do. The delivery team arrived on time and were very professional. Had for about a month now and loving it.

The process from purchasing the arctic cabin from John Tuck at Studley all the way through to fitting was really clear and straightforward. The fitting crew were really helpful and positioned the base so we could move it to see the best angle for our cabin. Everyone who sees it loves it.

We were kept informed at every stage and when we asked a question it was answered that day. The installation team were very methodical and thorough. They did an amazing job during a heatwave. Would highly recommend and the artic cabin is amazing.

Arctic Cabin was build in a day, and it is impressive 4.5 Star for the cabin, I thought it was raised 4 inches off the ground! later that week, found it was 80% on the ground, and a maximum of 1cm off the ground, not even 1 star for installation on site.
Got on to Nikki, and Rob Lee The Installation Manager got back to me he said"It was fine" that the wood was on the ground..the job of the Composite supports is only to get the Cabin level, not too protect the wood, and raise the cabin off the ground! Rob said "Its not a rot problem" "Perfectly ok for the wood to be in contact with the ground"
At this point I realise Rob Lee thinks I'm the village idiot!
I got a Builder to assess the Installation he said after 2 minutes "It like the Titanic" what? "Yes" he said "its under water" "They should have taken your patio as the highest point and build it 7 inches higher" "Water is going to pore under that cabin and rot the wood rapidly"
When I got to Nikki Hodgkinson-Morris, no record of this conversation was logged on their system, no action was pending.
Have to send an email to them today 30/8/26 with details of complaint, have sent photo's.... but have a long phone call with Rob Lee and nothing is logged?
I wouldn't let these people install a garden shed!
Unfortunately I have a £14,950 Cabin virtually on the ground! And its not an issue?

Well, After talking to Rob Lee today, they are coming back on the 18/19 September to take it down, reset it to the correct distance off the ground and reference it to the patio, not 4 inches lower.

Well! as you can imagine, the rebuild isn't going to happen, I knew as as soon as Rob Lee was coming, the Guy who thinks putting the cabin directly on soil it would be dodgy.
I sat in the lovely cabin, its mostly nailed together, to take it apart would cause loads of damage....A can of worms, or in this case a bag of nails!
I thought as Rob Lee comes over as a guy who's quite vindictive, if he takes it down he won't put it back together.
I send him an email saying just that! I didn't get an email saying I was wrong! I got an email saying he was coming on the 19th to take it down and away and I would get a refund! Confirmed I was right, can't trust a Rob!
I rejected this, I have a cabin on soil! I want a surveyor to inspect this, make a report, and lets have this fully out in the open.
A £16K cabin on soil! and Rob says its a standard ARCTIC CABIN INSTALLATION! Wow
I would consider my self a total imbecile if I put a garden shed directly on soil!
Rob Lee at Arctic Cabins says its .."Not a problem.."
He's not the mug who paid £16K for it!
10/9/26 Thanks for the builder Karl inspecting the Arctic Cabin on soil yesterday, he said "Putting it on soil is criminal..... it will rot in the next 5 years"
THE STRUCTURAL TIMBER IS FOR THE MOST PART ON THE SOIL! ROB LEE HAS REFUSED TO SEND A QUALIFIED SURVEYOR TO ASSESS THE GROUND WORK AND PROVIDE A PLAN OF ACTION!
THIS IS A GROUND WORK ISSUE!

Just searched internet for complaints about Arctic Cabins Ltd! Most complaints are about Installation and GROUND CONTACT! Customers report cabins being installed virtually flush with the ground, leaving little or no clearance with the ground!, concerns about potential wood rot with water pooling or dampness!
Guess what! They have heard it all before!
They (Rob Lee) don't give a bowel movement once they have your money!

Is it a contract problem when at the sales point Arctic Cabins say it doesn't go on the soil, you agree a high price to use the pegged system, "Cabin will be raised off the soil!
Rob Lee admits it was never their intention to fully peg the cabin off the soil, no just to make sure it's level ON THE SOIL!
So is that a Contract Problem? or a SCAM?
I paid up for a pegged system, didn't get it!
On the Arctic Cabin Site, it still says "WE NEVER PUT CABINS ON THE SOIL"
And they still won't send any body to look at this c--k up! They do say they will take it away..... I don't think so! Spent hours with preservative and protective coating . wood filler!

Our cabin was installed with the minimum of fuss, the team arrived when they said they would, they were very polite, they couldn't do enough for us they worked tirelessly, no mess at all. Every step was very professional and most importantly our cabin looks a treat

As soon as we see the 10 square metre Arctic Cabin at the Norfolk Show this year we were hooked.
It looked amazing from the outside, but when you entered inside the building it was amazing.
We spoke to David Coveney, no high pressure sales tactics, very easy to get on with from the start, when he told us everything that you see in the cabin is part of the deal, it sold itself.
The show deal was £2000 cheaper as we would be buying the cabin we sat in, David reassured us if there was any marks or damage from the show it be put back to new when it was reconstructed on site.
The fact the design is totally unique with an open fire bbq in the middle of the cabin made the decision for us.

After leaving a deposit I was contacted the next day with relevant information to arrange the delivery date.

David was in regular contact offering advice and guidance which was very helpful on the site arrangement’s due to our garden being very uneven, the space the cabin was being fitted was tight, with his recommendation it gave me time to move another shed that avoided any problems on the day when the fitters arrived.
I was contacted the day before by Alex, who introduced himself and told me the estimated time of arrival to fit the building.
He arrived on time, and started to get the base fitted, Kian the other fitter turned up with the rest of the cabin on the truck.
I cannot recommend these two guys enough, they were polite, very professional and worked extra hard to get started due to inclement weather being forecast.
They had to deal with Thunderstorms and Torrential Rain, this should be acknowledged by their Management Team, they are a credit to your company, the work was completed to a high standard.
Alex informed me there was no keys for the window locks, I contacted David the next day, within an hour I was sent an email to say they were being posted out that day.

Everyone who I have dealt with at Arctic Cabins David, Nikki, Debbie, Olivia, Alex and Kian are a credit to the company.

I wish I could leave ten ⭐️s. The service was outstanding. The team who constructed were efficient and polite. The workmanship was outstanding. The 10m Hobbit House has added another dimension to our garden. The speed at which the team constructed the cabin was mind boggling. There were no shortcuts and everything went together like a jig saw. I will definitely buy another cabin if I move. I have never experienced service and quality like this from any other company

The initial experience with sales etc very good and very flexible . The product that turned up was as I expected with some minor issues which I will reference here. There was a show discount for the lodge I bought. I got confused as to whether I received that as it was not clear in any invoicing etc. Plus when asked the question there was no answer. Too busy to chase.
The time tables were not adhered to. I had a date which was then changed by request to fit your time table as you had a another lodge to fit locally. I was on holiday for this date but being the way I am I agreed to shorten the holiday by one day to accomodate. Then I received comms from the team to come two days earlier which shortened my holiday further which I agreed to. I then cancelled my trip away altogether as there was to much remedial work to do prior to a team turning up. The day before the team was schedualed I received a call from the team to turn up the day before in the afternoon as they had finished earlier. Well done for getting it done earlier but this then threw me into chaos with a wife that I had just cancelled a holiday with. I was able to respond to the movement of install dates but it did cause me problems in the long run. I mention it as it eventually left a feeling of messing with me to benefit you. The lodge is 99% spot on apart from two windows. One has a mist inside the other has dirty cloth marks between the glass which I cant get to. There were a couple of staples sticking up in the felt and one timber flashing missing nails hence its loose. With all that said. I love my purchase and will continue to. The installation team were good lads and clearly work hard.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our Arctic Cabin. From the first visit right through to installation, the whole experience has been brilliant.

David, who showed us around, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us all the time we needed to choose the right cabin. There was never any pressure or hard sell, which we really appreciated.

Nikki was amazing too. She managed to bring our installation date forward by nearly two months, which was a fantastic surprise, and she gave us plenty of helpful aftercare advice so we knew exactly how to look after the cabin.

Debbie made the payment process really straightforward and was friendly and efficient throughout.

A special mention has to go to Ben and Connor, who installed the cabin. They worked incredibly hard from start to finish and barely stopped all day. The quality of their work is excellent, and they were happy to answer all our questions and give us helpful tips, even down to recommending the correct size screws for mounting our TV brackets. It’s those little touches that really make a difference.

Our cabin has genuinely become the talking point of our garden. Every landscaper, tradesperson, friend, and family member who’s seen it has commented on how amazing it looks, and everyone wants to know where we got it from.

The finished cabin has exceeded our expectations, and we’re absolutely delighted with it. We’d happily recommend Arctic Cabins to anyone looking for a high-quality product backed up by fantastic customer service. Thank you to everyone involved!

Arctic cabins admin staff were good at communicating with us before the installation. The men who installed the cabin were quick and efficient. They discussed the positioning with us and also explained all of the workings of the seating area and the Barbecue. We love our Hobbit House and hope to get plenty of relaxing time, using it.
