They were very professional Billy came round to measure up and give me a quote. The minute he walked through my front door and saw my dog Woody we talked for around 20 minutes about dogs lol. He then walked round the house measuring all the Windows and front and back door. Billy never put any pressure on me at all, he was very helpful and advised me when I needed it. Then he told me what happens next if they are chosen to do the work. I telephoned Arena windows two days later to accept their quote and they then told me a surveyor would call round and re measure all windows and doors then I would be given a date when the work would start. The surveyor called round did what he had to do and told me that I would receive as phone call from the office whom will tell me when the work would start. 10 minutes after the surveyor left the telephone rang and it was the office they told me the work would start Tuesday the 18th of May, which was a few days away. Billy told me it would take two days to do the work. The two men arrived early that morning one was Phil and the other workman was Jay. They were very professional I left a tray of snacks, biscuits and chocolate bars, tea bags sugar milk and told them to help themselves. About three hours into the work I noticed they had not stopped for a break so I asked them if I could make them a drink and they very politely said no thanks were ok. They were very professional they never bothered me or asked for anything, I did manage to get a couple of cups of tea for Phil but Jay nothing he just carried on working. They finished the work in two days like I was told. They were very polite good mannered I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them.
