appalling customer service
Awful communication, took months to get any work done and then never received exactly what I'd requested, emails are regularly ignored by the director. They insist on payment in full before completion of work, apparently due to previous bad debtors, but in my experience I feel that it's more likely that customers witheld payment until the job was fulfiled, as since I've paid the director hasn't answered any of my emails and I'm still trying to get the report I required.
