Fast shipping to the US and great customer service A+++
Items arrived in a few days, which was a huge surprise given it was an international order (I'm in the US) and shipping was free. Had an issue with a manufacturers flaw in one of the items, and they immediately (within hours) responded with options for how to correct. I highly recommend. Excellent pricing and cannot beat the service.

Beautiful vase and it came quickly, but the requirement of having to sign for it in person meant driving over to the store, then carting it back to my car (10 pound box!) and then back up to where I live. That in total ended up adding an hour to my day. Wish that ArtGlassVista would allow people to have the option of having the shipping company leave the box with a pre-signed paper.

Regarding the signing requirement, this is only when the person is not present at home, this is to prevent the shipping company to accidentally giving your items to other persons.
However, when delivering to your home adress, if anybody is present at home, no need for signature. If no body at home you can always leave a pre-signed paper so that they can leave the box at the door.
