Recent review: Customer service came in touch. They’ve sent me 4 new whiskey glasses within 5 working days. Thank you Art Glass Vista!
Older review: Ordered a set of 4 whisky glasses as a Christmas present £65 (73€). The parcel arrived 5 days later broken with no fragile stickers on it. I emailed them straight away but they still haven’t replied and I have doubts if I will have a refund.
Very disappointing customer service.
Definitely won’t order again.
