Good product, excellent service!
I made an error in calculation when ordering and delivery was already on the way.
I was told it was likely to be the following week before I got the second roll that I needed. It arrived just 2 days after the first! I didn't expect it so soon so a massive thank you. Decent quality and it's laid just fine. 👍

Cardboard tube difficult to dispose of
The artificial grass is very good. Does what I want.
It's a pity it came in a 4m long heavy cardboard tube which is going to be extremely difficult to get rid of. I can't get it in the car to dump it. If they'd just folded it up and delivered it in a cardboard box it would have been fine.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
AVOID THIS COMPANY. Firstly, the Blackburn 8mm is so paper-thin; my finger went through it
Secondly, when I wanted to return it, I would have to pay a return fee and postage, and I would owe them £8
This is what i got off them
"Original cost of grass £79.84
Less 10% = £71.85
Less £39.99 collection fee = £31.86
Less £39.99 original delivery cost as above = minus £8.12 you would owe us"
Thirdly the staff are not very nice.

I ordered and paid around £329 for luxury artificial grass but received a lower-quality product instead. I had already paid £179 in non-refundable installation costs, so I had no choice but to keep it.
They refused to compensate me for the lower-quality grass and kept the full payment because I couldn’t return it without losing my installation money. Very disappointing customer service.
