It was good. Just the shipping took 8 days due to us living in canada. Once they received the sample it took 3 days to reply.

The results are written so small they are difficult to read. Enlarging them cuts off some of the report. You also can not use the report to show code enforcement so l wasted $35.00 plus postage.

The sample test kit was very simple to use and the instructions were easy to understand/ easy to follow.
I used the USPS to mail the sample it took 5 days to go from Massachusetts to California which is pretty good seeing how it traveled in a US Mail truck.
Really liked the way the company kept me posted throughout the arrival of the sample through to when the test was completed.

Easy to use testing, quick turnaround results that were easy to understand. They also give you the makeup of the other weird stuff (in our case fiber and cellulose) for piece of mind of what it actually is for negative results.
