Lease agreement in a week!
Jack helped us out with a lease agreement which we needed to be completed within a week. Whilst we were just short of completing the lease agreement in a week, Jack and his team went out of their way to push the lease along. I would thoroughly recommend their services which are 5 star.

Amazing Team and great service
Recent house purchase with Affinity Law, made the experience really easy. We were kept informed the whole way through with regular updates and responded really quickly to queries and emails. Jack and Zulfiqar were both really professional and helpful, made the whole process really easy and supported us, we had a few delays due to the seller but they worked with us to get the outcome we wanted. I cannot recommend them enough and would definitely use them again in the future. The buying process is very stressful and working with the team made it so much easier for us as they dealt with all the queries and matters promptly.

Jack Caley assisted me with the purchase of our first home. We are first time buyers so were quite clueless with some things, but any question was never too much for him.
He is very quick and efficient in replying and helped us get everything over the line as wished even though it was a push to complete by the date wanted. He is a great credit to the company!

Jack Caley assisted us with the purchase of our home. We are first time buyers so very new to the process but he has been very helpful. I have used them and them for over 20…
I have used Zulfiqar for all my property related matters for over 20 years and he is an expert in his field. Always make sure the client is protected and covered so that there are no issues in the future. Great experience
I had Jack handle my house move. He was very professional and ensured it all happened as smoothly as possible. He communicated efficiently and made sure I understood what was happening which was great as this was my first home.
