I paid CHF 24 for express shipping, yet the delivery was delayed. When the dress finally arrived, it had visible dark marks/discoloration on the fabric.
I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos. Instead of offering a solution, they questioned the packaging and even suggested that the marks may have appeared after delivery or while trying the dress on. I find this completely unacceptable.
For the prices they charge for dresses that are mainly made of polyester, I honestly feel that the products are extremely overpriced and not worth the money. In my opinion, the quality does not justify the price at all.
I am now left with a damaged dress and no proper solution from customer service.
Personally, I feel this is a rip-off and I would strongly advise people to stay away from this brand if they don't want to be disappointed. I will definitely not order from them again.

De pire en pire...
Après avoir perdu mon colis, j'ai dû me battre avec ups pour que la réclamation soit ouverte. Après 10jours ouvrés (le délai max d'enquête) je n'ai aucun retour clair. On finit par me dire après de multiples relances que l'enquête est clôturée (à 14jours ouvrés) et qu'il faut que je demande les résultats à l'expéditeur donc atfirstsight. Sur le suivi du colis il est indiqué à la fois "toujours en cours de livraison" et cela depuis des semaines et à la fois "demande d'indemnités payée". Je contacte donc l'expéditeur qui m'informe (au bout de 4jours de relance par mails car aucune réponse de leur part) que le colis a bien été livré dans un point relais (et donc je n'en aurais pas été informée par ups). Je me rends à ce point relais (sans message / preuve de livraison par UPS). Le point relais me dit ne pas avoir le colis. Je relance UPS qui me confirme que le colis n'a pas été livré dans ce point relais mais refuse de m'en dire plus en me rappelant "les résultats de l'enquête sont transmis à l'expéditeur merci de vous retourner vers eux". Et l'expéditeur ... bah ils ne répondent pas et donnent des informations mensongères tout cela pour éviter de rembourser les clients lésés. Que dire ... ?

🚨 Absolutely terrible customer service and item quality!!
I received a dress in a terrible condition:
- with two visible defects on one shoulder
- unfinished threads along the outer seam in multiple places; cutting or pulling them can weaken the seam or cause it to unravel
- visible seam/panel alignment irregularity at the hip area
- in multiple places on the inside (but sticking to the outside) of the garment, thread bundles are left hanging, with the finishing appearing inconsistent and not properly finished

It’s competely careless to send the item to the customer in this terrible condition!

I reached out to their team via email and they confirmed that this condition is inadequate and these defects qualify for a warranty claim exchange, covered by At First Sight Studio. I asked for further instructions to exchange the item to a properly finished item, then after a week of radio silence they replied that I have to make an exchange on my own expense and do not reply anymore. This is absolutely outrageous! By this time, the item in my size has been sold out!
I then commented on their Instagram page and they blocked me.
Stay away from this brand.

I ordered 3 dresses for almost €400 and not only did I receive the wrong item, but the customer service is outright refusing to find any reasonable solution for the customer or to issue a refund. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to be professional. There is absolutely no consideration for the customer and no sense of responsibility. I strongly advise against buying from this store — it’s a complete scam.

My dress arrived eventually, 2 months later... Looks good, but to wait 2 months for a delivery...

ESTA EMPRESA ESTAFA! Compras un pedido y nunca te llega. Hace más de 2 meses que he realizado una compra y nadie responde y borran mis comentarios en Instagram.

El peor servicio de atención al cliente visto nunca!!! No realizan devoluciones!!

Bad experience with this brand, outrageous prices for clothes of terrible quality... after the first wash, they're useless
