I was looking for a relatively old piece of kit as a replacement to get me out of a fix and Athema came up with it.
Easy service, just what was required.

The site was very easy to navigate but it would be nice to get an approx delivery date.

Bought a second hand Xerox printer from Athema - one or two hiccups regarding delivery but all sorted out favourably by Darren Langshaw at Sales. He kept me in touch satisfactorily with all aspects of the transaction and the items were delivered as notified.

Would definitely purchase from Athema again.

Beware - purchase didn't exist on their website! Seems this is a common practice of theirs. Still awaiting a refund. Really poor customer service and business ethics.

I have the right to change my mind if goods are not as described. You should not advertise goods n stock if you don't have them in stock - another reviewer complained of this practice recently too. I have received no refund for the £641.94 that you took from my account on 17 October. I am still awaiting a credit to my account.

A wonderful professional, friendly and efficient service from Darren and all at Athema. The refurbished printer arrived safely, on time, and packaged with real care. Communication with Darren was excellent, and he kept me well informed of the progress of the order. And the printer is working as good as new, even though it is a rather ancient model. All in all, a really good experience dealing with this company.

Purcsed a reefurb colour laser printer . same mpde; as the one I have, so it was a reasomabl;y easy exchange, jut forgot how to cinfigure printer on trouter but easy switch to USB. Printe was well secure in box wth ex[panding foam padding.

When my HP printer failed I wanted a replacement HP printer/scanner, ideally second hand. I had TWO bad experiences with eBay (one printer/scanner arrived with the glass smashed, a second printer/scanner would only print, not scan, so I sent it back)
I changed tack and decided to try a company that specialised in selling refurbished printers.
After much discussion over my requirements, and what was available, Darren and Athema came up trumps with a beautiful HP Envy, and even allowed me to return my first choice of printer when I realised it was just too big for my home environment (my fault entirely for not checking the spec of the machine)
Clearly they take a lot of trouble to test everything thoroughly before shipping it out, and my HP Envy arrived with the most elaborate and secure packaging - with both foam and bubble-wrap.
Set it up at home in a matter of minutes and I’m delighted to have been able to buy something re-conditioned and not new.

Product exactly as described. Good and prompt communication with both email and phone. Happy to deal with again.

Fantastic from start to finish! Great communication, fast delivery and such a delight to deal with. This was for a Rug Doctor purchase which the price was not to be beaten! As I deal with countless suppliers daily, putting faith into a company can be a rarity. However Athema will most certainly be at the top of my list for cleaning machinery. Well done Darren and thank-you so much for a pleasurable buying experience :)

The item has never been delivered to us, our director, staff etc. have not received our ordered item and we have enquired with our neighbors. Four days after the order FedEx issued a proof of delivery signed by a name unknown to us. We asked Darren to investigate but were very disappointed that he was not helpful, not interested and would take no action. He responds the item was delivered to the director, quoting his name but the Proof of Delivery states a different unknown name. We have lost our money and would never trust this company again. Darren should accept that it is the sender's responsibility to get the item delivered to the customer. His 'tough luck' attitude is of very poor customer service. One would think that to protect one's business reputation one would not behave this way for a quite a low value order. And I would not waste time being dishonest about not receiving a low cost item but I have taken the time as Darren's behaviour is unjust.

Having looked through the internet for a Zebra Printhead i came across Athema it a competitive price called them, they had parts in stock place the order and delivered promptly. I am happy to recommend Athema

I found a particular laptop memory module that I required on Athema's website that wasn't available elsewhere in the UK. I was very pleased with my find plus the price was competitve and the order and delivery process got it to me very quickly. Based on my experience,I would definitely recommend looking at Athema.
