Excellent, quick service but difficult to achieve minimum order level of £15 as part required to mend printer was only £9.95. Darren soon sorted things out and the 14 yr old HP printer is working like a dream again.

I had to replace my old Brother printer and was advised the refurbished MCP 9330CDW used the same consumables which was brilliant as I had recently bought these. I placed my order and the printer arrived in 7 days. The printer was double boxed, very well wrapped with bubble wrap and sealed air protective foam. My email queries to Athema were answered really quickly. I would recommend this company.

Darren at Athema was really helpful when I needed a new printer. I first chose a refurbished printer similar to my old one but that one failed to meet the QA test whereupon Darren channelled my search to the printer I purchased, with which I am very pleased. With this level of customer service I will happily used Athema again for anything printer related.

Bought a really expensive HP Reverb G2 headset from here as the official HP store didn't have stock. Arrived brand new really quickly. Great customer support when I requested a digital copy of the invoice.

I had ordered a couple of items from Athema that I had not received when expected so contacted the company. The company have both a phone number and email for queries. I spoke to Darren and followed up with an email. Darren responded immediately and followed up with tracking the delivery. He then advised me it was scheduled to arrive on the same day, which it did. Very happy to recommend and use again!

I found Athema via Google while trying to source a new fuser unit to replace our one which had been damaged. I found them to be very helpful in identifying the correct unit and replies to questions were prompt. After deciding which unit was required, ordering was easy and delivery very fast. Highly recommended.

The reconditioned printer arrived just 3 days after the order was placed which was very good.
After installation I was very disappointed with the quality of the print produced as it had three strong black lines across each page; it wasn't a temporary problem as 10 pages later it was still the same.
Fortunately I still had my old printer which had the same model of imaging drum; after exchanging the drums the result was a top quality print.
Why was the printer not checked for quality after it was reconditioned?

Recently purchased a refurbished Brother printer for small office use. So far printer working well and very pleased with purchase.

I needed a replacement laser printer fast and saw this refurbished one which uses the same consumables so I ordered it. Although a bit slow in delivery it was worth the wait as good value for money.
