I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.

I proceeded with a property purchase through them last June, only to discover very late in the process in November—after significant time and money had already been invested—that the property was subject to cladding issues. This critical information was not disclosed upfront, and it was only uncovered during solicitor enquiries close to completion. As a result, I had no choice but to terminate the purchase, losing around £1,500 in the process and substantial amount of distress.

To make matters worse, the agency had recommended a solicitor to me to facilitate the process, who is now pursuing me for around £1,400 in fees, despite the transaction collapsing due to issues that should have been identified and disclosed much earlier. This has left me significantly out of pocket through no fault of my own. Dreams and hopes shattered!

I formally raised this issue with the agency via email back in November, and to date, I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of accountability and basic communication is completely unacceptable.

Overall, this experience has been stressful, costly, and entirely avoidable had proper due diligence been carried out. I am still dealing with the financial consequences months later.

I will be posting reviews on other channels too. Avoid this agency at all costs.

It's important in life to acknowledge when a company goes the extra mile to help however big or small and the same can be said for life in general, so with this in mind I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team to Bobbie/y ( excuse the spelling) and to another lady I did not catch her name, for the help they gave me today all very polite, friendly and down to earth.

Absolutely outstanding service from Atlas selling my apartment. The whole team have been amazing. Polite professional understanding the service is impeccable. Finally an Estate Agent who answers the phone and emails. From the very start of my sales journey I cannot fault the service I have received. They sold my apartment in less than 2 weeks and I received more than 1 offer. It had previously sat on the market for 4 months with another agent. These ladies have the magic touch can’t praise them enough. I’m now looking to buy a smaller place and hoping to find it with Atlas so I can be confident in their honesty and professional service. We are trying to buy a house in South Liverpool while also trying to sell in another part of the country, and I wish Atlas existed where we live now. They are helpful and proactive, trying their best to accommodate our viewing requests. Lots of others never get back to you, or you're told a place is under offer, and weeks later it's still on the market. I appreciate we aren't procedable yet, but you have to start somewhere, and we don't want to get an offer on our place and have no clue of what we can get for our money.

Atlas made our search for properties very easy. Michelle and her team have been incredibly helpful and professional the whole way through. We are moving from abroad and they didn't insist we saw the house in person before moving in like many other companies. This was a great help as we can't just pay for flights over to view houses. They have been so helpful from start to finish. Michelle has been very communicative and supportive throughout and has sorted out lots of the moving in admin like utilities etc. for us. She's been very understanding of our situation and we can't thank her enough! Thoroughly recommend!
