We have just returned from the most wonderful adventure in NZ. Our imaginative, all encompassing itinerary was skilfully put together by Amy Waters from Audley Travel with her first hand experience.

We booked our trip to New Zealand just 3 weeks before we travelled. Rebecca was our travel consultant and nothing was too much trouble.
We spoke to Rebecca at length during the process. Rebecca listened to what we want from the trip and exceeded our expectations.
We felt reassured throughout the process and listened to her trusted and knowledgeable advice. We felt that Rebecca tailor-made the trip for us and it wasn't just an off the shelf package.
When away we required an adjustment to our travel plans due to a cyclone. Audley and their partners in New Zealand made us aware of the issue, gave us options and made sure the transition went seamlessly.
Upon our return Rebecca made an appointment for us to speak to her via TEAMS. Upon speaking to her she was genuinely interested in how the trip went and exciting by our tales and experiences.
I would highly recommend Audley as a trusted travel company and we are already looking to book again with them.

The service from Audley was excellent from start to finish with them making a real effort to get to know us and what we were looking for from our holiday. They were always honest and realistic about what we could expect and consequently the trip happily lived up to our expectations and more.
The hotel and support services that they used were also excellent and we were incredibly well looked after whilst away. Many thanks to everyone and particularly to Olivia and Cameron for their support and advice throughout.

My wife and I toured Thailand in February 2026, with our son and daughter in law to celebrate their wedding anniversary and a couple of special birthdays. We all thoroughly enjoyed the trip and have nothing but praise for the way Hannah (AudleyTravel) compiled our trip. She took time to listen to our wishes and shared her extensive knowledge of the country so that we got the best experience.
Our guide was superb and nothing was too much trouble including making changes to our itinerary at short notice.
Hannah advised us on the choice of accommodation and our hotels were excellent especially the amazingly situated Float House on the banks of the River Kwai.
We would certainly recommend AudleyTravel thus us our 2nd trip with them and certainly won’t be our last.

A superb holiday in Vietnam (curated for us by Christian) and one which ticked all the boxes. The itinerary was designed carefully and met all of our planning requirements. The trip (which included a 3 day stop in Singapore on the way out - to deal with the jet lag issue and would recommend!) ran to the minute and we were able to get a real feel for the country and its people through the in-country guides. We were never rushed and always had time to explore. Most days we had a trip or visit planned and every time the activity was so much better than the description! Worth mentioning that the hotels we stayed in were outstanding and ‘boutique style’ - which meant we got to know many of the staff and they looked after us at every step. The Audley ‘Companion App’ that is provided is superb - we even used the journal function which provides an excellent way of remembering the daily highlights. The service we were provided was second to none, their in-country knowledge excellent and the travel partners they use really know their stuff; it really takes the hassle out of pulling a trip together and provides so much more access ‘behind the scenes’ than if we had arranged this ourselves.

Joining up the dots for a month in New Zealand is a big challenge, but Amy spent the time listening to us and learning about the type of clients we were. We had several video calls where we initially covered sights not be missed and then filled-in details of hotels getting around etc. The itinerary and the trip were sensational, a land of spectacular scenery and Amy completely nailed the brief! Our tour embraced both the North and South islands and we were so glad that we placed our trust in her as it’s a long way to go and it’s really important that you can discuss with someone who’s actually been to these places and can make suggestions. I’ve been very impressed with their high professionalism and support even when we were in the country and wanted to alter something. And finally getting us on the Hobbiton tour was a small detail but so glad we visited!

Audley arranged a holiday for us to Borneo (Sepilok and Sakau), Kuala Lumpur, Penang George Town and then onto the island of Langkawi. It was truly an amazing trip with such variety and splendour, a trip to remember. People, places and food were absolutely fabulous. If you’re looking for forest, mangroves, wildlife, city, history, culture, beautiful beaches and welcoming people then these places are definitely for you.

We/I would have been on 4 trips with Audley but 2 of them we did not book. Cambodia, Loas, Singapore and Malaysia was very good and included the Orient Express from Singapore to Bangkok. This no longer runs, it derailed during our trip. Not Audley's fault as it was clear the old wooden sleepers were rotten and there were piles of concrete sleepers beside the tracks. My children still loved the train, we all love trains. One of the guides who was a monk was very resentful about his brother who became a US citizen and he had been given to the monastery at a young age. We had paid to be driven from Loas to Cambodia as we like to see the country side and stop off en route. He continually tried to persuade me to fly which we did not want to but would have given him a paid day off and reported this to Audley. This was my eldest 18th birthday gift and she flew home earlier for a music festival which was arranged well. Generally the rest of the trip was what we expected in high end hotels. The next trip we arranged was for my middle child's 18th birthday who wanted to go to LA and then to San Francisco and the National Park. This was well organised and was a joy, although the first hotel in LA I would rate at 2 star. One of the other hotels provided 2 x 70's style bedrooms were filthy. The so called spa was not something we did use. It was similar to Cohen brothers film set and the breakfast was disgusting and not what we expected or paid for. The receptionist said it was their cheapest room booked by an American agent which they receive lots of complaints for. For this trip and all trips we have Rimowa Cabin plus which are larger than other carry ons but are allowed on BA for overhead luggage. Audley would only book us on Virgin and would not allow me to book our own flights. A Titanium case which currently costs over £1,000.00 was badly damaged. We also left another hotel after 1 night as it was dreadful and paid for more nights ourselves at the next destination. I felt very pressurised by the 'sales assistant', who told me, 'I have spent a lot of time on this'. Clearly commission is the key here! The next trip I was interested in booking was just for myself to Japan for 4 weeks as I have a friend in Osaka and wanted to visit a number of places my friend has suggested. The first account manager went off sick and the new account manager, just stopped calling me. My youngest went up to Oxford Uni, and for my own reasons due to the pressure students are under there, I would have opted out, due to his and most of the other students mental health. The 4th trip was to celebrate his 21st birthday as Covid was an issue around his 18th. He wanted to stay about a week in Paris where a friend of his lives and then travel on the Orient Express to Venice in separate cabins. I tried to book this through Audley and was told that we could not stay in Paris for a few nights and qualify for the Euro Business Class and pick up from our hotel. I rang Eurostar and they said, 'of course you can'. All went smoothly and the journey was a joy. The other issue was my son wanted to fly home to London for an event and I wanted to come back on The Orient Express and then get the Eurostar back, which I did. When the account manager called me and asked if we were booking with her, I told her our plans and that the Orient Express Team did not agree with what she had told me. I don't feel assured that she even asked them, as it was a breeze for me to book 2 cabins and 2 seats there and a B.A. flight home for him and the train for me. I would add that as we booked a cabin each on the way out and a cabin just for me on the way home Orient expressed offered us free drinks and cocktails both ways. Something I donot think we would have had with Audley.

This was the second trip to Malaysia arranged for me by Audley Travel (shorter than the first) and it was just as successful. This time I was accompanied by the whole of my close family (8 people across 3 generations), spending time in George Town, Penang (my birthplace) and Pangkor Laut Resort. The E & O Hotel in George Town is a long-time favourite of mine, and its Heritage Wing cleverly combines a nostalgic 'colonial' feel with luxurious comfort. Pangkor Laut is a 'beach holiday with a difference', offering vigorous activity for those who want it and luxurious idleness for those who don't. The staff/service in both locations were wonderful. The food too was always excellent, and we were pleased to enjoy so many delicious local and regional dishes, for which George Town in particular is famous.

We had the best honeymoon travelling in Borneo with Audley. Charlotte our specialist created a holiday perfectly catered around our interests, with incredible wildlife experiences, adventure and luxury.

Ewan Pétrie organised a superb holiday for us in Sicily. The hotels he chose were perfect and the itinerary proved to have exactly the right mix of adventure, culture, art, history and the glorious wonders of our natural world. All our guides were charming and interesting, making sure we were able to fully savour the joys and flavours of Sicily. This was our fifth holiday with Audley and we will certainly be back again another day. Many thanks Ewan.

This trip was seamless, every eventuality catered for, every flight, transfer and accommodation was exactly as planned.

The pack we received was a perfect guide allowing us to travel through each airport with no hassle. It gave us hints with things to do, restaurants, guides, places of interest and much more.

The phone number of the 24/7 helpline was useful as I had a couple of questions and on both occasions I had a very prompt reply. The what's app was a nice touch too.

Everyone had a great trip and I feel we can be more adventurous as travellers with Audley and our experienced David in the background. We were able to be independent with a reliable safety net in case we needed it.

We went with our 9yo daughter to Sri Lanka for 2 weeks. The itinerary was well organised and the hotels at Cape Weligama and Taru Villas Habarana were fantastic. We also had a great safari at Udawalawe and a visit to the 'cultural triangle'. It was expensive but worth it. The only issue we had (which Audley resolved) was that initially we were given a vehicle with just lap belts not 3 point seatbelts which was not safe for our daughter: I would advise families travelling to Sri Lanka to check this issue before they travel. But overall an excellent trip and I would use Audley again.

We cannot recommend Audley Travel highly enough, in particular their New Zealand specialist who managed our enquiry. The advice and guidance offered during the initial contact was excellent, with the Audley specialist really listening to our likes, dislikes and general preferences before pulling together a tailored itinerary and talking us through each option during a follow-up call. Dealing with Audley really was a breath of fresh-air; for once an agent added real value, giving us the benefit of true in-country experience to pull together a range of destinations and activities that dovetailed perfectly in to our requirements. So many other agents simply launch Google and steer you toward their preferred hotels following an enquiry - Audley could not be further from this, ensuring top quality recommendations that are tailored to the clients preferences. They might not be the cheapest holidays available, but more than make up for this in providing true value-added service, ensuring our month long holiday went smoothly. When external influences forced changes to the itinerary (in our case, adverse weather), Audley and their in-country agents were proactive and efficient in sorting out alternative accommodation, ensuring our stay was not spoiled by the change. We’ll definitely use them again when planning a multi-destination holiday, for their knowledge, professionalism and overall customer service.

Great customer service. Very attentive before, during and after the trip. Charlotte was great and gave good advice. We ended up having a really fantastic trip. Our family of four all loved it.

When we first started planning our dream holiday to Japan we didn’t know where to start, buts that’s where Audley travel came to our rescue. From the very start they were hands down the most friendliest, knowledgeable and patient company to help us, and in the care of Nadyne we can 100% say that no other company compares to them.
Even during this time of uncertainty in travelling, Nadyne went above and beyond to make our dream holiday happen. The passion and dedication she showed to planning our trip was really noticed, the expertise and thought process with our itinerary was incredible, the things which were planned were appropriate for us both and our age groups. Also, the way in which our days were planned really reduced the stress and worry from using public transport in a whole new location and the activities planned really highlighted our days (as well as the recommendations being both incredible and manageable).
Everyone in the team was friendly, supportive and in great communication with each other and it really showed.
We will definitely be using Audley travel for any future holidays and would recommend to any and all to do the same!

Audley arranged a holiday to remember for us - everything went without a hitch so we could really just enjoy ourselves. Our agent Stacey was incredibly helpful, from choosing the hotel to suggesting great places to eat (they were!). Her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful.
The flight and transit went smoothly and the hotel was a delight. Cobblers Cove was a great choice and we absolutely loved it. The staff were beyond helpful (they even installed a TV for us) and our suite was superb and suitably positioned near the bar(!) although still blissfully quiet. The food was delicious and we were impressed with tea being served everyday which was a nice touch.
The trip Stacey organised for us to Harrisons Cave was a hoot and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Overall it was a marvellous holiday and we are so grateful to Audley for their expert guidance and organisation, particularly with such care and enthusiasm, and attention to detail. We will be back!

Just completed a 2 centre stay in St Lucia through Audley travel. This was the first time we had used Audley and we could not have been happier with the service. From our first contact with Isabelle she could not have been more helpful. Her knowledge of the destinations we were considering and experience of the hotels we were looking at was first class. Isabelle listened to all of our requests and was on hand continuously to answer any questions and make the tweaks we required to really personalise our itinerary.
As a little taster for our trip we received a hamper 2 weeks before with little Caribbean treats. Throughout our trip the attention to detail in the organisation was superb and ensured we felt in safe hands every step of the way. We were thrilled to receive upgrades in both of our stays (partly I believe due to Audley’s excellent relationships with the resorts) and so our accommodation exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in planning, the on hand expertise of Isabelle and the small touches along the way really made Audley a stand out for us. We would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them again for future trips.

We have family in Japan, but wanted to include time spent with them with visiting Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Kyoto. We had been recommended Audley, so turned to them to orgainise our trip for us. Their Japan specialist organised flights, in-country travel, hotels and guides, honing the details in conjunction with us. The war in Iran necessitated a change of airline, but we were very pleased with Turkish Airlines, the replacement, and especially that there were no addditonal costs involved. We enjoyed travelling on the bullet trains, the three hotels were excellent and the guides in Nagasaki and Kyoto eager to help and very informative. We had agreed in advance that we would visit the obvious places such as the A Bomb-related sites and museums, with the guides taking us to the less obvious places, and so we found ourselves making kites in Nagasaki and visiting a bamboo forest in Kyoto. All in all we were very pleased with all aspects of the service, including the provision of a portable wifi kit!

We have just returned from a two week trip to Japan organised by Audley. Senior japan specialist Manon talked us through the itinerary and answered any questions. She contacted us again before departure and again on our return. Manon gave us some helpful tips. We feel that we have experienced Japan. Accommodation was excellent; transfers extremely well organised and the guides were very knowledgeable and gave us valuable insider information about important sites and shopping. Saw lots of beautiful cherry blossom.
