This sub-post office is run my an extremely rude woman, who seems to regard customers as either an inconvenience, or people to be ignored. On more than one occasion, she has walked away from the counter and ignored greetings, taking her time fiddling about with boxes and bags before making any effort to serve me. On a visit this week, she failed to respond to three greetings, ("Hello, good morning; how are you?). When she finally produced the parcel that I was collecting, she thrust the device into my face, apparently requiring a signature, without uttering a word. She really is a disgrace. For years she has had a most unprofessional sign in the shop, which says: "I can only please one person a day. Today is not your day." Not funny - just rude and unprofessional.
She also lied about keys for a PO Box, and I had to involve the AusPost CEO to get her to do her job!
She should be fired immediately.

Been since the 15 of September i placed my order Aus post got it one week later i gave them another week i decided to ring up Aus post since I'm all the way in Nz waiting for my parcel ,when i rang up aus post they had no clue about the parcel and all they told me to do was contact the sender about it I already had let them know the sender handed over to Aus post last week Wednesday then the person who spoke to me said if I were you I’d be getting my refund I told him I don’t want a refund I want to know where my parcel is then he hung up the phone on me thats terrible customer service and it’s only just got to the airport now another 2 weeks later that’s a whole month of me waiting on one jersey
i thought tracking updates are supposed to be ... accurate right.
Yeah nah - got a couple of complaints raised and their first reactions were to blame me for what happened. I am likely raising this to PIO if this continues.
Credit where credit is due
Credit where credit is due. In the last 3 years, my Auspost deliveries have been faultless, and their tracking app, delivery accuracy and notifications are excellent. I'm not sure why, but keep it up.
Shocking lack of accountability — Second lost parcel and non-existent customer support!
I am beyond frustrated with Australia Post. This is officially the second time a parcel of mine has completely vanished into thin air while in their care.
I received clear confirmation that my order was packed and that Australia Post had physically picked up the parcel for delivery. However, the package never arrived. When I reached out to Australia Post customer service to find out what happened, they completely washed their hands of the issue and told me to escalate it with the merchant myself!
How is it the merchant's fault when Australia Post was already in possession of the parcel? Instead of taking responsibility, investigating their own operations, or tracking down the item, they just pass the buck and force the customer to do the legwork.
To lose one parcel is bad enough, but for this to happen twice shows a serious systemic issue with missing items and zero accountability. Unreliable, untrustworthy, and utterly disappointing service.
I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Australia Post. What should have been a simple parcel delivery has turned into weeks of confusion, conflicting information and unnecessary stress.
Throughout this process I received inconsistent tracking information and contradictory updates regarding my parcel. Different Australia Post systems showed different information, making it incredibly difficult to determine what had actually happened.
What frustrated me the most was that I repeatedly explained, and provided screenshots showing, that the tracking number I was using came directly from both Sephora and Australia Post. Despite this, I was repeatedly told I was using the wrong tracking number. Later, that exact same tracking number was confirmed and provided to me again. Instead of investigating the inconsistencies I was raising, I felt as though my concerns were being dismissed.
I spent countless hours contacting customer service, providing evidence, checking tracking updates and trying to resolve an issue that should never have become this complicated. As a customer, I expect accurate tracking information, clear communication and a genuine effort to investigate the information I provide.
Rather than receiving clear answers, I was left trying to piece together conflicting information from different Australia Post systems while repeatedly being referred back to the retailer. Customers should not have to act as investigators just to determine what has happened to their parcel.
Mistakes can happen, but communication and accountability matter. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating, time-consuming and has significantly reduced my confidence in Australia Post’s tracking and customer service.
Absolutely zero accountability
Absolutely zero accountability! What a joke!!
Ordered a helmet from Germany, paid ridiculous postage costs only for an "attempted delivery" to an unknown address costing me time and money to drive 20mins to a post office wasting over an hour and fuel to collect. Made a complaint and wanted a refund for not providing a service and was told it "doesn't meet the guidelines for compensation " so it seems fine in this world to charge for a service then not providing said service and thats cool no problem. Absolute joke of a company!
Thanks for nothing!
100% failure rate at parcel delivery.
I send parcels from Spain. I have sent five to Australia in the last year. Three have gone to the suburb, not been delivered & returned BACK to Spain (one of the addressees worked from home 24/7). The other two are lost. That´s a 100% failure rate at delivering a parcel. Complain & you get an AI "agent" which denies there´s a problem. Worst postal service I have to deal with internationally.
Australan Post is hopeless -we all know it - but if it's just a letter
it's fine if they can conveniently stroll past your letter box and drop in a letter that fits, but if it's parcel and the box is small; if they have to enter a small block of flats, climb a stair, walk into a court yard, leave a delivery you think is fine but they don't (because that would require coming inside) then forget about. Australia Post is as they say, no longer fit for purpose. Other delivery services have no issue apparently: Amazon etc; I always get those deliveries no problem. So you could say then that Australia Post is a 'letter service', nothing more. When an online vendor is using AP you know you are in for trouble.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to Melb the 1st of May, then totally vanished, It appeared in WA and new delivery is now 11th of May. Customer services is none existent. I dont understand how this company is actually still running and why someone else has not removed them from the market.
It must be the worst delivery service…
It must be the worst delivery service in the state Bought a product from a company in Jandakot on the 22 April and now is expected to arrive on the 29 April Jandakot is only 40 minutes by road from me Auspost sent it on a 140klm trip to end up 50 klms from where it started from and 7 days later
Pathetic
Driver got out of car, placed card in box and drove off. No attempt to deliver, I was calling from the balcony because I could see what he was about to do. Zero attempt then suggested "safety" Odd given I got a delivery yesterday. Card is illegible. 28 minutes on hold and no answer or support - hung up when I asked for a supervisor. Pathetic
Australia Post has outright lied about delivery of a package
Australia Post has outright lied about the delivery of a package. Even their own records reveal that a package was sent somewhere else after business hours (when the delivery destination was a 9 to 5 business). Then when a complaint is filed, they simply say someone signed and it has been delivered, even when screen shots and affidavits of employees working here claim no receipt. This is really outrageous.

Drivers for Auspost.
When dealing with the my local post office/ parcel pickup I’ve had no problems and now I have a parcel locker I send most of my purchases there.
The problem I seem to be having is the drivers delivering to my home saying no one home when I was and no attempt to buzz my apartment number to be let in. Overall it is some of the drivers that are letting auspost down.
Auspost delivery couldn’t find address
Ordered a product from an online store, their shipping label were correct and my address were correct, however the delivery couldn’t find my address and had as no such address in the tracking status, so they sent it back to the online store and marked as delivered. If they would’ve sent it to the post office, I would’ve just picked it up
Zero stars Aus post
Zero stars Aus post.
My mail box was empty so I checked amazon orders on the web. Apparently my order was at the P.O. waiting to be picked up since yesterday.
Chat with Aus post resulted with the same answer.
I don't know what is going on with Aus
post ,but from now on I am requesting a different carrier when I purchase on line, even if it costs a more.
I sent an email to Paul Graham the C.E.O. of Aus post explaining the hopeless service Aus post was providing at the coal face. Hoping he would have the authority to change the useless service that Aus post was providing.
Nothing has changed, an inditement of Aus Post's customer care and inability to change for the better.
I pay to get the parcel delivered to my address not the P.O. . So now there are additional costs to pick up the parcel. Therefore I would be better off paying a bit extra, to get my parcel delivered to my home, by another carrier.
NO ONE ELSE HAS A PROBLEM DELIVERING TO MY ADDRESS!!
No service at all
No service at all, just divert you to deal with robot which can't even provide you a respond to your enquiry.
Stupid is as stupid does
Went into Dandenong Plaza with 5 parcels to post. Four were under $100 no need for extra insurance. One was valued at $200. Get home and notice $200 parcel NOT insured. Went back in with tax invoice and our invoice valued at $200, sorry we can't fix this. However, you can. My usual post office has done this before. Stupid service officer was more concerned about me pressing, the red button (if under $100) than listening to what I said. Manager said customers are in charge and I must have pressed red button. Actually, I have pressed the green button by mistake makes no difference. Initially I was dealing with incompetence and then a lying/incompetent manager.
Australia deserves better than this 3rd…
Australia deserves better than this 3rd world standard of a postal service. Prices keep going up and delivery times also go up. They lose stuff damage stuff and they don’t give a stuff.
