I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership. They sold me a car that had already been crashed and had defects, without disclosing any history of the vehicle. When I tried to return it — which was my right — they refused, ignored my messages, and were unavailable when I went there in person.
Fault warning lights keep appearing constantly. It has been eight months, and they are always avoiding responsibility and hiding. The AdBlue indicator is showing a fault; they should have replaced the part, but they did not. They hid this from me and told the mechanic to perform a remap on the car instead.
The latest problem is that the headlights simply stopped working, and to fix it I need to replace the entire headlight assembly. This is very expensive, costing more than £1,000. According to the diagnostic report, this issue is due to the car having been previously crashed.
I also paid £100 to the mechanic they recommended, and eight months later the repairs have still not been completed. This experience is dishonest and unacceptable; I would not wish it on anyone.
