SCAM, I ordered 6 bottles from a producer at the start of Decemberand I received an order confirmation email with random names and delivery address on it, I contacted them multiple times but never received any answer. The wine of course never arrived.

Stay away from this website and don't give your card details.

Ordered and paid Binivista Wine 15 (Mallorca) on April 24, nit received until today. Sent 6 mails up to now, no reply. Contacted Binivista directly, they do not worl with Avelyn. Fraud??

Si spacciano per un sito di vendita di vino e offrono prodotti (a meno che non vendano alla metà quello che comperano a più del doppio) che non sono in grado di spedire. Vedo che nelle numerose recensioni negative, praticamente le uniche, i clienti ricevono fatture con dati non reali come se l’azienda avesse fatto un errore di spedizione, quindi si tratta di una truffa come un’altra. Fate molta attenzione, questo sito è pericoloso e da evitare perchè vende a prezzi inverosimili vini di lusso (cercate la recensione del produttore di champagne) manipolandone la percezione della qualità e che vengono danneggiati da questa forma di marketing fantasma. Anch’io da collega italiana dello champagnista posso garantire di non avere mai venduto prodotti a questa azienda e sono certa che provando ad acquistarli non li riceverei in quanto non gliene ho mai consegnati, giammai a quella cifra.

No help, no contact. I placed an order for about 120€, 6 bottles of Italian wine. But I received no response nor reply from Avelyn. Phone number doesn’t work. It’s a pity, they show you a very professional website but it’s all just a scam.

Tried all forms of contact, FaceBook seemed to work out fine. Got my money back, it’s a sketchy website. It al looks very professional but service not as good.
Got my money back but not an answer why I didn’t get my wine. Maybe try to mail them first about te availability of the wines.

Slick website but the same experience as others - multiple invoices; order 'apparently' sent to an address in Italy. No response to emails. But I tracked down a senior employee who intervened (thanks Kris). The product I ordered was out of stock at the wine estate and I have today been notified of a full refund. So a confusing experience but management took responsibility and sorted the issue professionally.

FAKE! No goods received. No response to emails.

I have never received my order (163 € !). They don't answer emails, impossible to contact them.

Sito FAKE. Ordinato vino e ricevo 3 fatture non mie con indirizzo di spedizione ad altra persona!! Scritto mail ma non rispondono!! STATE ALLA LARGA!!

I ordered some wines from this website and it’s been a month since I placed the order and still haven’t received the wines. I wrote 3 emails to them about the situation and I got no reply. I wrote directly to the winery and again no reply. People should stay away from this website as it is not even a scam, it is simply theft. They take your money and then they disappear. Now my bank is trying to recover my money but this also take time and creates stress.

I also received a test bill and someone else’s bill.

I just ordered and I don‘t get why I receive several Test Bills and why my shipping adress changed to an Italian adress?

Does not seem very professional.
Waiting for support now. After two weeks no answer. They don’t seem like a Fake shop but they behave like one.

I also did not get a promised UPS tracking number and now I contacted Mastercard to get my money back.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AVELYN.
