Have to add to this long list of disappointments. What I received was not what I ordered. It was described as linen but the tag said 100% polyester. It was tagged as small but was a full 36" across the shoulders. It looked nothing like the photo...more like a flour sack than a blouse. While the seller was communicative, they never took responsibility for the discrepancies. Their best offer to make things "right" was a 25% refund. Or, if I went through the hassle and expense of international return shipping (to China although it was sent to me from California) they claimed they would process a full refund. By then I had no trust in Avensea. Buyer beware!

Never sent product. Refused to answer emails after they lied about sending package but couldn’t provide a tracking number then ghosted me. It’s been weeks

I ordered two items on the 1st of July .. I emailed two weeks later and was told it was a shipping issue. They would let me cancel the order, which I received on the 31st of July ….. one month to receive it. The items are garbage, not all what the said and showed on their website. Nothing is authentic , it’s all made and shipped from China.DON’T waste your money Targets quality is much bettep

Avencea is not a reliable company. It was an unpleasant and disappointing experience. They sent me an item I did not order then only offered to reemburse me 15%. Only after filing a claim with my bank, I got a full refund.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They will give you crappy products and won’t refund your money. BTW, it will take two months for you to get the crappy product in the first place.

After over a month since ordering a jacket, I have not received the jacket, reliable tracking information OR the promised refund.

I ordered the jacket in June 9, 2025 and received a bogus tracking number.

10 days later, I began asking for a refund.

On June 23, customer service promised to refund my money within 48 hours.

As of this morning, July 9, the money has not be refunded.

This is not a real company. They just steal your money. DO NOT BUY!!

They never reply back nor I have received my order.

Do not order from Avencea. Yes they are a scammer company. As soon as I placed the order, a shipping number was provided and it said from the Netherlands, but since then it has been a month and a half, and the shipment never updated and cannot be tracked occasionally. I emailed and they even replied! They said the package is now with the dispatch center and they will give the tracking number as soon as they have it, so I wrote back and asked "so the one that you provided wasn't real?" I wish I saw these reviews before I placed the order but it just makes me mad more than anything.

Please do not fall for it!

Avencea is a scam company. Ordered and never received my merch. If you are lucky enough to be checking Trustpilot prior to ordering. DO NOT Purchase from Avencea.

This 'new' company is an old untrustworthy one! WAS HabitatWellington, then something else, then after poor reviews, morphed into Avencea. Identical items for sale. I purchased the 'colourful dog shirt'. It is a cheap Chinese knock-off, presumably copied from a quality Western clothes store. Item is unwearable - and, apparently 'non-refundable' because it was a 'sale' price - and I'd have had to pay P+P to China. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

This company is a sham. Merchandise is very poor quality and they require you to ship any returns back to China at your expense. Customer service won't answer phone, and their email turnaround takes days. Getting them to refund is impossible, so the only recourse I had was to make a claim through my credit card company.

This “company” is an Internet fraud scam. They charged me for an order from their website and sent an acknowledgement. And then…nothing. I pestered them for a shipping confirmation, which they finally provided two weeks later. Lo and behold, the fake shipment is coming from (you guessed it!) China. Trouble is, that worthless packet of seeds (or whatever else they might have placed into the tracking system) never seems to leave China! And that’s where the tracking ends: At an unnamed airport in the People’s Republic of Ripoffs. Don’t be fooled. Don’t order from Avencea. Not now. Not ever.
