AWM Windows and Doors Bewertungen

I ordered four windows and a set of French doors, all in anthracite. The doors were scratched and were white on the edge, the lock plate on the bottom was loose because one fixing screw was sheared off in the frame and another hole drilled in the wrong place. Phoned AWM and they sent me a touch up ( which had been opened and used ) and two screws .No apology, tried their complaints e- mail and it kept bouncing back, phoned again & was told a technician would contact me -----still waiting !! MY ADVICE DONT GO NEAR THEM !!

I found the ordering process straight forward, efficient & easy. Delivery service was good & on time.

Door arrived within two weeks. Door is of a good quality and it’s very reasonably priced. What more do you need?

Great service.
Friendly delivery guy
All great
Thanks

Easy to order online and delivered exactly as they and when they said

Great service, friendly staff, good value product

Great windows. Good customer service.
I would have given them 5 stars but the delivery was a day late!
I was informed but not until 8am on day it was supposed to ne delivered.
I was told "the lorry has broken down and is being recovered".
Other than that, good quality windows.

Sent the wrong sill. No time to reorder it so had to install the wrong thing.

Easy to use quick delivery deffo recommend

They arrived quick and the delivery driver was very careful and helpful bringing the units back. Great service and great windows/doors.

Excellent service from AWM from start to finish. Very pleased with the quality.

I’ve been buying from AWM now for nearly 10 years,
A great company to buy from and the customer service is second to none

Doors came as ordered, measurements perfect.

Problem with the handle the screw wouldn't go into it smoothly to start with because the thread was covered in paint and the screw had to cut the thread. Emailed them and they said it's clearly my fault and dont even offer to help in anyway didn't even give me an option to get anither handle so stuck with hower the handles are bery cheap and poor quality so wont last long anyway then cut communication

From original phone call to delivery the service was excellent. Helpful & informative telephone staff and quick delivery.
Door & side panel we ordered is very good quality and love the glass pattern. All fits like a glove.
Would defo recommend and defo use again. Thank you AWM
