I had a good customer service experience. Our adviser, Ikra Ahmed, was brilliant. She understood what the best options were, and provided clear advice and supported us through the entire process, tirelessly answering all of our many questions and emails.
The rest of the team that dealt with other admin matters, including contract and payment processes, were all supportive and nice people I think.

I had an incredibly bad experience. They dragged the process out unnecessarily. They work incredibly slowly if you get a reply to 1 out of 10 questions, consider yourself lucky. They got our Skilled Worker application refused because of a very obvious, amateur mistake. The odd part is that even though I spotted the error, they still submitted the application with it. Please don’t be misled by the five-star reviews here. Also, make sure to read the negative reviews I fell into that.

This law firm states on their website that they offer a free case evaluation so I called them to find out more. The lady I spoke with cut me off after 1 min and 29 seconds of the call (according to my call history), half way through me answering her question. I tried calling straight back 3 times and no-one picked up. I'll be looking for help elsewhere.
