I am absolutely gutted. I bought a car here after a quick 15-minute test drive and took it home the next day. Within just 3 days, the nightmare started: really strong carbon smell, thick while smoke, pound engine noise, none of the parking sensors worked, and I realized all four tires were completely different brands/sizes.
> I rang them immediately (again, within 3 days of buying it) and they completely refused to take ownership or help. I've since taken it to two independent garages for full inspection reports. They found massive carbon buildup, internal injector leaks, resprayed front bumpers to hide damage, and confirmed none of the sensors work. I honestly don't know how I missed all of this before buying, but I trusted them because they are a "dealer."
To make it worse, the finance company has been no help and doesn't seem to care. I am stuck paying every single month for a car that I can't even drive. It’s been 3 months now and the "investigation" is still dragging on. This place is a total scam and a trap. What is the point of buying from a dealership if you can't trust them? Do not go to them. You have been warned.

Absolutely do not recommend this dealership.

We initially called to arrange viewing a car and were told it was scheduled for an oil change, so we could see it in a few days. We were asked to pay a £250 holding deposit, which already felt excessive, especially since we later discovered on their website that their standard holding deposit is only £90.

We were promised a call once the vehicle was ready, but after nearly a week of no communication, we had to chase them ourselves. Only then were we told we could come in the next day.

When we finally saw the car, it was nothing like advertised. There were multiple visible issues that were not shown in any photos or mentioned beforehand. The car had bumps, a cracked side mirror, and one of the rear panels looked like it had been poorly repaired with silicone. It was clear the car had been damaged, but this was never disclosed.

On top of that, we were told the car had just been serviced. However, when we checked, the oil was very dark, clearly not recently changed, which raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency.

Due to all these issues, we decided not to go ahead with the purchase. Despite this, they refused to refund our £250 holding deposit.

Very disappointing experience, misleading information, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility. Be extremely cautious.

AVOID!! TOTAL SCAMMERS SELLING CARS WITH FRAUDULENT PAPERS!!!
They were very friendly over the phone. We asked if the timing chain had been done on the vehicle and was told it had. As it was a 4hr round trip to collect the vehicle we asked if we could see the paperwork beforehand which they reluctantly sent across. When we got there one salesman said the timing chain hadnt been done. We responded advising they had sent paperwork to us showing timing chain had been done. His response was "show me the paperwork" Surely if they had provided it to us they would have the paperwork! He then back tracked and said it was his mistake and the paper work was correct and timing chain had been done. Next red flag was he produced service paperwork which literally looked like something my 8 year old could of typed up on a word document! When we questioned it, the response was the service had been done that day and thats why there was no record of the work done or mileage. He produced pages of alleged service history and repair works all of which looked dodgy!!
The whole vibe there was uncomfortable! Multiple staff following you around and all whispering and signaling to eachother. We left without purchasing and had a lucky escape!!!

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs
I saved for two years to buy my dream car and paid the deposit, only to discover a chip on the windscreen when I went to collect it. I did not want the chip repaired—I simply no longer wanted to proceed with the purchase.
The first salesperson claimed they were unaware of the chip. A second salesperson then mistakenly showed me a photo from when the dealership originally bought the car, clearly highlighting the damage—indicating they knowingly sold a car with existing damage. I was told I would forfeit £500 if I didn’t complete the purchase, which felt extremely pressurising and unfair.
After speaking with Citizens Advice, I learned I had the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. I have also contacted the AA, the ombudsman, Auto Trader, and local media about this dealership.
The entire experience was stressful, dishonest, and entirely avoidable. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership

1-month follow-up to on-spot initial review.

I made a full cash purchase on a used but seemingly well-kept Nissan Note with 91k miles recorded at time of purchase at £3.3k. It came with a standard 3-month £250 warranty on certain parts. I was met by Zee at the train station on the day, who'd kindly agreed to pick me up in the car I was coming to look at, as I had no car after a few years of not owning one, and I drove back to the dealership. I realise in hindsight I should have asked to be picked up in a different car to see it from cold start, but that be partially due to my inexperience. I had a chance to test drive it back to the dealership and it drove very well.

Upon inspecting the car at the dealership, the only problem item I noticed was a loose boot handle and was aware and Zee and his team were able to apply a temporary remedy that I was satisfied with.

As with any old high mileage car, I was expecting some repairs of certain items in the months following as part of due maintenance. However a problem appeared a few days after purchase. A squealing noise from the bonnet when taking off from idle. This turned out to be a worn drive belt that I replaced at a local garage for £130. Again due partly to my inexperience, I evidently hadn't noticed it was worn when inspecting the engine area. There had been no such noise in the days prior. I was expecting to make repairs within the first few months, but for an item to begin to fail just days after purchase is disappointing. I learned later when contacting the dealer that the part wasn't covered and they wouldn't cover the cost at the time. However, in the last few days a member of the team reached out after my review was posted and I was compensated for my troubles. I appreciate the goodwill gesture.

After leaving the dealership, I had two front tyres replaced at an Aylesbury tyre fitters. This was free of charge to the credit of the dealer. However, I later learned that one tyre had been pressurised to an usafe 5atm, and the other had an already low tread of 2-3 mm (later swapped locally). I don't blame the dealer for this, but I advise you to communicate with the fitter to ensure this doesn't happen in the future.

Overall, the initial purchase and interaction was very pleasant and accommodating.The drive belt situation was disappointing, but eventually rectified by the team a month later. The offer to put things right was helpful, but next time I hope the dealership will be more proactive with similar customer complaints.

Extreme bad experience with this dealer.
After selling me a faulty car, they still have attitude, refused to give my money back and kept saying over and over that the car drives so what else do I want. They have no shame.
PLEASE AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!!!
They have been reported for bad practice, false advertising and fraud. BE CARERUL and DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I recently purchased a used car from Aylsbury Trade Center and I'm thoroughly impressed! The entire process was seamless, and the team were super helpful and transparent about the car's history and condition. The vehicle exceeded my expectations. I'd especially like to mention Zack, our salesman - he was absolutely remarkable! His patience, and friendly approach made the whole experience a joy. Highly recommend giving them a go if you're in the market for a reliable used car 👍 They're a top-notch crew, really friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure!

This is my second time purchasing a car from these guys. They are absolutely amazing and even sourced me my second vehicle to exactly why I wanted. I’ve had both very good experiences with them from start to finish. I’ve enjoyed driving my cars and never had a problem!
