We have bought aziatech computer and it wasn't working well. it was crashing when we used 2 or more apps.Please close the company if you can't make good computers.

They ripped me off - No communication - No explanations - Awful experience.
Bought an AMP from them, received it - never opened it - needed to return it. I returned following instructions (UPS ground, Insured). Communication was good via email until this company received the product. Once the received the product they issued only a partial refund ($410 purchase price, fund of only $333). They will not return phone calls or emails to explain why I was only give a partial refund. I followed all their instructions and sent them back an unopened product. Not at anytime did they ever mention a "restocking fee" so I don't know why this has happened, as I said they refuse communication now. By returning this product I am out $119 dollars. I would have just kept the product if they would have disclosed this to me. I was ripped off.

The pricing was very good compared to the same (older, hard to find) screen elsewhere on the market.
Possible phishing scheme
I have a strong suspicion that this website is a ploy to get your credit card information and your phone number, and that they never have any intention to sell you an item.
This is what happened to me: I ordered an item from them that was well below competitor prices. They sent me an email stating that my credit card was on hold due to either credit card being declined or billing/shipping address didn't match (why wouldn't they know prior to sending the email?). In the email they provided a phone number to call. When I called the number to inquire about the status, the representative told me immediately that my credit card was declined. I'm nearly 100% sure that was a false statement. I asked them to cancel and they said "sure" and I got an email immediately confirming the cancellation. I was shocked at how fast i received the cancellation confirmation email. It got me thinking that they have this process down pat.
Needless to say, I'm going to put all my credit card security alerts on their highest settings.. and I will probably just request a new credit card number.
If anything similar happened to you, please, I implore you to speak up and describe your experience with this company so that others may avoid a similar fate. Thanks!

Terrible Service
Honestly, the people were nice enough on the phone. However, prior to placing an order for a replacement laptop battery, I called and verified this needed to be sent Priority AM delivery via FedEx (we provided our number). Not only was this confirmed over their phone but specifically indicated in the directions on the order form.
This shouldn't have been and issue, and yet it was. They send it standard overnight instead and I had to spend ALL morning on the phone with fedex trying to get it to our consultant ON TIME before he left the hotel he was staying in on a business trip.
I would not recommend nor will we use this company again
Misrepresented stock and didn't let me know that item was not in stock until days later when I called.
I was looking for quantity two of a hard to find item and called to confirm availability since the website showed a large number in stock. The customer service rep stated that the item was in stock so I placed an order. Four days later I had not received any kind of shipping update so I called customer service again. I was told that the item was out of stock and may take weeks to ship. I confirmed that the website still showed stock and asked for my order to be cancelled. It seems this company obviously has no handle on whether items are in stock and the stock status on the website is not accurate.
