Good working relationship, but beware the small print!
We have had a good working relationship with Babblevoice for a number of years - finding them particularly helpful during the pandemic.
However, on moving to a different telephony system (on our Network's advice) we were disappointed to find that we were unable to get a refund of the funds in our account - £500+.
This is in the small print, so our problem, but wouldn't most companies arrange a credit of funds less an administration fee?
