Really good service, everyone is so welcoming!

Been for a lots of scans as a first time parent with my first boy and have been with my second pregnancy, the staff are absolutely lovely and the gender has been spot on all the time. Definitely booking another 4d scan very soon😍

I’ve been here with both my pregnancies and there’s not a single bad thing I could say about this place! They make you feel so comfortable and they’re all so welcoming. I look forward to come to my scans here it’s always such a calm and amazing experience. Definitely will never go anywhere else!

Had a dating scan here & they was very reassuring, checking the baby & around the baby to make sure everything was looking normal. I have also been here for my pregnancy before this one. Would highly recommend

We have attended the Blackpool clinic 3 times now and it’s been amazing everytime. Elivi the sonographer is so lovely and really explains everything to you. We will be back for a 4D and cannot wait!

I have been to the bolton baby ultrasound clinic and they have been absolutely amazing, I first went in 2016 with my first daughter and then again in 2020 I went for a reassurance scan but sadly they told me I was having a miscarriage and they were so supportive and caring with me and my husband, I am now 22 weeks pregnant and have been back again twice with this one, the scans have been amazing they are so clear, she showed us every part of her body and explained to us what everything was and my little girl also got to see her new sister and was amazed to watch on the screen, I would definitely recommend them to everyone xxx

I cannot recommend the Lytham clinic enough! The staff were very professional, softly spoken and reassuring throughout. The clinic itself gave me a lovely relaxed feel when we entered. We booked for an early ultrasound however, we were not able to see baby at the time as we were super early. were given a date for a re-scan free of charge to able us to actually see a baby had formed which indeed there was! I cannot thank the team enough for providing us with that much needed reassurance at such an early stage. We were sent 22 images instantly via email of our re-scan which was amazing! We would most definitely like to return as our pregnancy progresses.

Amazing staff and very happy with my experience

I visited baby ultrasound clinic (Macclesfield) twice in my previous pregnancy in 2020.

When we found out we were expecting again, we didn't hesitate to book our gender scan but this time we chose the stockport (romiley) clinic.
We visited on 4th June 2022 and found out we are expecting a baby boy

The sonographer was amazing, kind and had patience when our naughty baby didn't want to co operate. She didn't give up until she managed to confirm gender.

We are now 21 weeks pregnant as of tomorrow, and we can't wait to book a 4D scan at the Romiley clinic

Came once in my previous pregnancy due to travel but was worth every second the staff are lovely clinic are amazing and best clinic around one’s local aren’t the best hence why we took plunge and travelled. Didn’t rush or get annoyed wen baby wouldn’t co operate but waited until did also was very helpful with other children and who have disabilities so thank you

Won't lie, something strange going on. Wakefield branch shut suddenly weeks ago and removed their Facebook page. No proper contact with people whom were scheduled in etc. Still awaiting a refund after a poor service and sending various emails unfortunately. Big improvements needed if this company wants to stay around.

Where to start and what to say is never enough to describe these nasty and disgusting scammers in Bolton clinic! NIGHTMARE is the best word to describe our experience with them starting from the rude receptionist and the top liar and unprofessional radiologist and ending with the disrespectful and aggressive manager. These inhuman beings do not deserve to be doing this job. They are ruining people’s beautiful experiences as they ruined ours with their incompetence, lies and harassment. Going for a baby scan is an experience that every couple looks forward to because it is once in a life experience. So, make sure you do it with the right people. This company offer cheap prices BUT remember it is cheap for a reason; it is cheap because they are cheap and the service they provide is cheap. So, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Pay a bit more with the right people. During the scan the radiologist did not know what she was doing at all and when I asked her, she kept giving excuses. Then after the scan they only gave us two prints though our package included six and I had to ask for the remaining four and the receptionist did not want to give the prints at first. Then, they gave us a USB flash stick which was supposed to contain a video of the scan as our package included a video as well and before leaving the clinic, I asked them three times if the video was on the flash and they confirmed it was. However, we went home and checked the flash but there was no video. The following day I contacted them and the receptionist said she was going to email me the video but I never received it. Then i called again a few times asking for the video and instead of apologising for not giving us the video and offering a solution, they simply blocked my number and never replied to my calls. Then i called from a different number and they picked up straight away and when the receptionist recognised me, she hung up. So, I made a complaint to the management via email on their website. I received a nasty reply back from someone named YASMIN calling me aggressive and offered no solution! They did not give us the video, blocked my number and did not offer any solution and then said I was aggressive!!!!!!!! Well, It is obvious from the online reviews that lots of people have been through same bad treatment. So, am writing this review so that nobody else falls in this trap with this nasty company and I will share it everywhere!!!

SHOCKING! USE ANOTHER PROVIDER!!
STILL AWAITING REFUND 3 WEEKS LATER!
On the 25th May 2022, myself and my partner drove 50 minutes to get to their Bangor clinic for our gender scan, which was booked for 1.30pm. When we arrived, we were gobsmacked to find that the building was completely empty and there was not a soul in sight. When calling the booking line, a lady said she would try to call them and there was no answer, which I did tell her as I was stood in their empty clinic in the dark. She said there was a note of some kind of “emergency” but no further explanation.

I completely understand if an emergency did actually come up, things happen, however the polite and decent thing to do would be to inform your customers! We do not live in Bangor, and it was not cheap on petrol to get to their Bangor clinic. We spend £40 on petrol to get there and back and sat in the car for over an hour and half.

We had a gender reveal party arranged that evening for all of our friends and family, we had taken time off work to attend the appointment together, we had paid in full for the appointment before hand, and no one had the decency to inform us of their closure for the day. We had therefore wasted the money on the appointment, wasted money on petrol, wasted our only day off together for two weeks, wasted annual leave, and wasted all the food and drink we should have used that evening for the party.

16 weeks pregnant and already emotional, we were heartbroken. We had been bursting to find out the gender of our baby, our family were on the edge of their seat to find out, and they ruined that special day for us. We had to cancel the party and wait another week to book and pay in full AGAIN to find out the gender with another company, who where brilliant. They even said they have heard similar stories regarding this company and most of their clientele is from wales due to this.

When speaking to the lady on the phone, I explained I hated to complain, and I never leave reviews but I felt I absolutely must on this occasion. The lady said someone would call me back, however no phone call back. I called 4/5 times across that day and the next and even left a message. I have emailed and requested a full refund and for the heartbreak, wasted time travelling and fuel, the refund for the petrol too. We did not want to use their services again after how we had been treated and if they had refunded my money and reimbursed our petrol money, we would be less furious… however, 3 weeks later, they have stopped responding to my emails and they have STILL failed to refund our money.

We are absolutely appalled and I would absolutely never be recommending this company to ANYONE.

I am in disbelief that I am awaiting a response and refund, 3 weeks later. Disgraceful.

Went with my granddaughter for her baby scan and we will never forget it, amazing staff and experience
