If you're considering their services, I strongly recommend independently verifying each publication and confirming official affiliations before proceeding. Transparency in media partnerships is essential, particularly for startups building long-term credibility.

I paid a significant amount of money up front for a 12-feature package "guaranteeing" publicity for my company. I was promised a detailed interview and strategy session that ended up being a rushed 25-minute conversation with no insights provided and certainly no strategy delivered. For the first three months, I did get an article published in the source I requested from the list provided, but then nothing happened for the next SIX MONTHS. So, nine months, three publications. I continued to send emails to the team during this time with very late canned responses and empty promises. Finally, I requested a refund of the unused portion of this subscription, and after refusing to return what I didn't use, they essentially told me to go ahead and get a lawyer!

$9000 to create articles for us and while there were submissions for our approval only one article was ever published. A whole year went by and all we saw was new reps taking over. Requesting our money back has been futile. When they feel too threatened they put a new person in charge of our account. These people are a total fraud - those 5 stars reviews are totally fictitious. Don’t waste money on them .

We paid $1,500 USD in May 2025 for a One-Off PR Campaign with Baden Bower, which included a promised appearance on the Founder’s Story Podcast.

After the payment, the company completely disappeared. We never received any service, and no one replies to emails or messages. We’ve tried to reach Rico and Nick multiple times, but there’s zero response.

The phone number doesn’t work, and emails go unanswered. It’s impossible to get any update or refund.

At this point, it feels like a TOTAL SCAM. Is this company even legitimate?

They did a great sales call, promising to promote our startup's projects. We bought two of their packages, 1000's of dollars. They have journalists who cannot write a simple basic press release so we did our own despite writing being included in their package.

Then came the excuses of...someone's left the company, we're reshuffling our offering, so and so publication is no longer doing this or that...etc.

Over the next months, nothing was delivered and the excuses continued.

I started to request a refund as per their guarantee, they stalled.

By the time I got my money back it was months from when we paid, the exchange rate had changed and we lost enough dollars to buy a plane ticket around the world!

Terrible company. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
