My New Travel Essential
I have used Bag Buddy twice, both for airport drop-off and pick-up, and the service has been seamless from beginning to end. Communication is excellent, and my luggage always felt safe and secure. It is such a convenient and efficient way to travel. The staff are professional, polite, and courteous. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service!
Excellent service, ideal for my family plans on the day of travel. The driver came on time to pick the bags up at the hotel and sealed them with my name on it which was pretty nice. He was also very friendly and answered all my questions.
The team kept us informed all the way and there were no hassles at all. Would definitely recommend!

No-show Scammers
Website seemed legit. Made a booking but no-one ever collected our bags. Have sent several mails. Tried calling. No response. Worried I have lost my money :(

Website looks thorough and legitimate. Pre-sales contact generally helpful. I paid £45 for collection of two bags from Heathrow.
On the day - no one there to meet us. Waited an hour and a half. Didn’t answer the provided “emergency” phone line. Phone on website goes to a competitor’s helpdesk. No responses since to email, Facebook message, voicemail or phone call.
I seem to have lost my money and incurred new costs and inconvenience moving and storing my bags for the day.
Don’t fall for this.
