Speed of download is good. Customer Service through live chat was great. They provided me a breakdown of the price and reassured me that download will be ready in a few hours. I had to pay about $6 for about 5GB of file and around $200+ for 400+GB file and once completed, it was sent through Google drive. I suggest they have "purchase history" function so we can keep records of our purchase and it's details.

We’d like to clarify the situation to provide accurate context for other users. Our platform offers free processing for links that are 50MB or smaller as complete files. In this case, the request involved extracting a 6.7MB file from within a 17GB Quark share link, which falls outside our free service scope. This type of request requires manual handling and significantly more processing time and is not part of the standard free offering.
Despite this, we made an exception and agreed to assist. However, all requests, especially manual ones, are handled in a queue, and processing times can range from 6–12 hours or longer depending on demand.
Unfortunately, while the request was still in progress, the user repeatedly returned with impatient and disrespectful messages. We strive to help every user, but we maintain a strict policy against abusive or hostile communication. As a result, access was restricted to ensure our team can focus on assisting respectful users.
We remain committed to providing reliable service and appreciate users who understand our policies and treat our team with respect.
