I can’t recommend this company enough. Their products are of such high quality and never disappoint. I have been ordering from them a few years now as my partner just loves the sentiment behind the personalised beads and the quality. He’s a farm worker and in the past three years working on a farm daily his bracelet has held up being bashed about and all sorts but it still looks brand new. I’d also like to say that their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend.

I love wearing my two bracelets. I wanted a bead plus an inscription for a very specific and special occasion. Unfortunately, the bead colour I wanted was unavailable in the timeframe I needed but with a few comparison photos I was sorted out very quickly. I am delighted with the result and wear with pride. Very good quality, quick delivery

I have been a Baileys customer for several years and recently added two beads to my bracelet, which were engraved.
The company, was outstanding in their service, the courier company delivering it less so.
Big thanks to Adele who chased, shouted (no doubt) and got them to deliver it, even if it was four days late.

Great service and an easy to use website. I personally had a combination of images and text etched onto various beads and the process was easy enough to follow. It would be nice if some of the beads (ICE or Medical for example) that you show as examples on the site could be selected as a template rather than having to build manually from scratch.

Great service, refurb of old loaded bangle, resized perfectly. Added to the collection with Big Smiley pendant and getting lots of complimenys. Pure quality

Fantastic help and advice when I phoned for some guidance about measuring for the bracelet, really happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more.

I have previously bought an identity bracelet from Bailey of Sheffield a few years ago which was of exceptional quality and style. I needed another one to celebrate the successful graduation of my Grandson following a six year Veterinary Medicine course at Cambridge University. Easy decision and contacted Adele and Geoff in Sheffield. Adele was in contact several times to suggest a design for the wording and to also add a mortar board silhouette to the bead. A nice finishing touch . Order was quickly completed and sent by courier.
Annoyingly the driver delivered it to a different address some 2 miles away despite being clearly labelled to me.
Thank goodness they added a photo of the recipient and a Google map of the location. Package retrieved safely.

Communication was a bit poor at times but 5* for the bracelet!

The price is on the high side. The quality is really good though. The delivery is next day but it takes a bit of time for them to make the bespoke product. However, it is still a cool product to own.
