About a month ago, I purchased a bag from your website, and after wearing it only three times, I noticed visible wear on the bottom. This came as a surprise, as I own several of your bags and have always trusted your quality.

When I reached out, I was told that my request could not be considered and that the damage was caused by me. I find this response quite disheartening, especially given how little the bag was used. I have contacted you multiple times, not to request a refund, but simply to ask for a fair solution, such as an exchange.

What concerns me most is not just the issue with the product, but the way it has been handled. As a long-standing customer, I expected a more understanding and respectful approach. This experience has been very upsetting, and I sincerely hope you will reconsider your position and offer a more appropriate resolution.”

Marca de lujo que se ha reconvertido en eso, marca. Unas deportivas preciosas, negro y blanco, que se decían de piel y el interior estaba forrado de poliuretano. Suela rígida y dura, horma horrible. Malísima calidad. Y eso a 275€ el par. Ni se os ocurra!

Ils inondent le web avec des ventes privées aux réductions conséquentes et alléchantes mais ils ont baissé la qualité en fonction, ne pas se fier à leur renommée. Chaussures de qualité passable , rien d’exceptionnel pour le prix, toutefois elles restent confortables !

Vai in negozio per reclamo e ti dicono che sei l’unica a lamentarti e di andare sul sito Baldinini - assistenza

Mi rasserena leggere tante recensioni negative, almeno ho la certezza che non sono l’unica ad aver avuto una pessima esperienza. Ho acquistato delle scarpe all’outlet di Noventa di Piave, c’era una giornata di sconti speciali per cui costavano poco più di 100€. Vista tutta la qualità che spacciano online, ho pensato fosse una buona scarpa. Beh, l’ho messa una volta e ha iniziato subito a scollarsi la suola, imbarazzante! Nemmeno le scarpe dei cinesi da 15€… Alla faccia della qualità italiana comunque.

I have been a customer for almost 15 years. I like the quality and the design. Since they don't have any shops any more, I have been buying on line. Their customers service has always be terrible, but this time it was worse than scandalous. A real disgrace ! One pair I received had a small fault : a small loop for holding a strap got missing and I found quite ridiculous to send the shoes back for such a trifle and wrote several time their customer service to send one to me, since my cobbler couldn't find the exact color. The only reply I received was an automatic e-mail warning me they had a lot of work and my request will be dealt later on. As you can imagine, they never did, although I wrote several times. I even try to phone several times a so called Genny, which is apparently the head of their customer care service ; the phone number was not correct or disused. Eventually my cobbler got me one loop in more or less the same color, so I kept the shoes. But Baldinini is as good as dead to me !

Ho comprato un paio di scarpe e sono grandi. Ho dovuto chiamare il servizio clienti per cambiarle per una misura in meno. Mi hanno detto di pagare la spedizione 10 euro (per l'Italia). Ho pagato con PayPal e il pagamento è stato bloccato, perché il sito di Baldinini non supporta PayPal, nonostante fosse presente tra i metodi di pagamento! Dovuto nuovamente chiamare l'assistenza per avere un altro link, ma fanno tutto molto lentamente. Ho impiegato due giorni solo per pagare le spese di spedizione. Poi hanno prenotato un ritiro a casa. Sono stata tutto il giorno ad aspettare il corriere, ma nessuno è passato. Come non è prenotato io, ho dovuto ricontattare il servizio clienti, finché loro controllassero e ri-prenotassero. In totale, ho dovuto stare 4 giorni a casa per aspettare il ritiro.la conferma dell ordine non arriva ,solo dopo spedizione,non capisci mai cosa fare.i prezzi hanno alzati al ciello,pero il sito molto vecchio.non funzionano tante cose ad esempio preferiti.ordine si vede solo dopo spedizione.delle volte spediscono dopo una settimana.scapre esauriscono molto presto.Una volta sono cascata e rovinato un ginochio perche scarpe avevano suola in cuoio.altre fatte di camoscio duravano una stagione ,subito perdevano il colore,ad altre il tacco si è consumato e ho dovuto andare dal calzolaio per cambiarlo.Dopo i sconti mettono vecchia collezione a prezzo pieno.Quindi tanti anni che sono stata da loro ma adesso non so se conviene.Ho chiesto un cambiamento delle scarpe per una misura in meno,aspettavo una settimana che mi rispediscono,chiamando diverse volte a servizio clienti,ma niente,ho detto fatte mi rimborso ,basta non posso aspettare piu.

Scarpe scomodissime che fanno venire pure le piaghe ai talloni.

I received my Baldinini shoes by UPS this morning and once again it proved to be one of the best quality - the leather, design and craftsmanship are amazing! I have many Baldinini shoes, boots, gloves and bags. Over the past 15 years I was buying them mostly in Milan and was always happy with my purchases. After Brexit it became more expensive as we need to pay Custom taxes, VAT and brokerage fees. I also had to pay £30 for delivery as the order was below £500 so all together I paid over £110 on the top of the purchase price for one pair of shoes, but it was still worth it.

Ho fatto un acquisto presso Castel romano outlet circa un mese fa spendendo più di €200 euro per un paio di scarpe che si sono completamente scollate.
Il negozio mi ha proposto di spedire(a mie spese?) le scarpe,per poi mandare in riparazione,per poi riaverle... quando?
Se le ho acquistate è perché mi servono.Le farò riparare da un calzolaio,manco fossero scarpe da 4 soldi,oppure vecchie. Mi aspettavo proponessero un rimborso o un buono,che comunque non avrei usato perché non ho intenzione di acquistare mai più questo marchio...di scarsissima qualità. Sconsigliatissimo!

They really try hard to turn their customers away. I struggled for almost 4 weeks to return my order and only after threatening to involve PayPal did I do so. One product was faulty, two did not fit. After this nerve-wracking process, they finally acknowledged my return and had the nerve to charge me for the return postage.

I own several Baldinini products bought from their stores but this was my last purchase from this brand.

ho comprato un paio di sandali, spendendo un centinaio di euro. Si sono scollate le strisce di cuoio al primo utilizzo. Poi anche la suola al secondo.

A fronte di una recensione scritta tantissimo tempo fa per un portafoglio, tra l’altro molto bello ma a cui si era rotta la cerniera dopo poco tempo di utilizzo, vengo inaspettatamente contattata per vedere se avessero potuto ovviare al problema.
Avevo chiesto al negozio dell’outlet di Serravalle, dove avevo effettuato l’acquisto, ma mi era stato detto che non era possibile eseguire una tale riparazione senza accennare a garanzia o meno, semplicemente quel tipo di intervento non era previsto.
Quindi il loro contatto a distanza di molto tempo mi ha spiazzato e mi ha fatto, per un breve periodo, ben sperare nella possibilità di vedere riparato il mio portafoglio. (Che peraltro ho conservato anche se con cerniera rotta perché in materiale molto particolare)
Dopo lo scambio di alcune mail con personale addetto, mando foto dell’articolo e spero, anche pagando di tasca mia, di poter vedere rinascere il portafoglio anche perché mi viene indicata la cifra necessaria per il loro intervento e, siccome il periodo garanzia ormai trascorso ma il prezzo sembra abbordabile, ero convinta di procedere per far fare riparazione.
Dopo ulteriore contatto che mi fa sperare in una ditta che si occupa dei suoi clienti (avevo già acquistato altre cose) mi viene comunicato che però quel tipo di riparazione non può essere eseguito. Quindi il risultato è stato un “blablabla” inutile e, leggendo le recensioni di chi ha avuto problemi, concordo che ci penserò bene prima di comperare ancora
Baldinini.
Inoltre personale sempre meglio disposto con gli stranieri granosi.

Acquistate un paio di scarpe uomo al factory autostrade di San Mauro Pascoli. Staccata la suola, portate dal calzolaio che ha confermato l'impossibilità di ripararle perché la gomma si sbriciolava. Abbiamo scritto una mail al servizio clienti che risponde di inviare la foto, ma non all'indirizzo usato e senza dare un altro indirizzo mail. Per caso passiamo dal negozio, che è lontano da dove viviamo, confermano che sono in garanzia e che ci faranno un buono ma vogliono le scarpe che però sono a terni in mano al calzolaio che vuole buttarle. Senza scarpe rotte niente buono, tutte le foto non bastano. In più aprendole per ripararle ci siamo resi che al posto del cuoio dichiarato c'è il cartone.

Compré un anorak precioso este invierno en la tienda de la Roca village. Antes de guardarlo hasta el próximo invierno lo lavé tal y como ponía en las instrucciones de la prenda lavadora y agua fría. Lo lavé con líquido en un programa corto pues no estaba sucio ni tenía manchas. El anorak lo tendí en plano sobre una toalla.
El anorak salió todo manchado como si la pluma hubiese desteñido pero solo por uno de los lados ya que es reversible. Llamo a la tienda y me dicen que me ponga en contacto por mail a la central en italia. Me contestan después de varios mails y su respuesta es que la prenda es delicada y que tenía que haber consultado la página web donde recomiendan que lo laves en tintorería. Mi respuesta es que jamás he tenido que mirar una página web cuando lavo un producto sino que miro la etiqueta y me dicen que es culpa mía. Vamos que pierdo el dinero del anorak porque no se hacen cargo de nada. Lo peor de todo es que tengo que hablar con Italia cuando yo he comprado la prenda en Barcelona y en inglés o italiano.
Es la primera vez en mi vida que me contestan que tengo que mirar una página web antes de lavar una prenda.
Estoy muy decepcionada y enfadada ya que no me parece normal la respuesta. Son unos impresentables y unos sin vergüenzas.

Hi! I really like Baldidini products and have couple of them which bought in Italy in the shop. When were discounts announced, of course, I ordered from the website and very unsatisfied with the service. First of all I ordered shoes in blue, but received in brown colour, when I called to the customer support, they told to send shoes back and they will return money, but I paid for delivery of a wrong product and had to pay to send them back by myself to receive at least my money back. To all complaints they continue to answer that it was my mistake, not from their side.
Very unsatisfied with online shope and will never order again from them.

I like this company. One of my favorite brands. Good quality and design and affordable price.

I purchased a pair of boots from the Baldinini outlet store for 200€ (reduced from 540€). After going home I realized one of the zippers is defective and opens on its own when I walk. I contacted the store and they said I can come back and they can give me a voucher to purchase something else, as they didn’t have another pair in my size. The outlet store is located 200km from my home and that wasn’t a feasible option for me as it would have cost me another 100€ and 1 extra day. They refused my offer to ship them the boots back via post.

I decided to contact the regular Baldinini store and explain the whole situation. At first, they were very understanding and offered to repair the shoes. I only had to ship them to Italy. I agreed and sent the boots via post.

After a week, without any prior notice from the customer service agent of Baldinini, I received a note that a package has been delivered - I got back the boots. Unfortunately, I opened the package and realized the zipper has not been repaired at all. They didn’t even touch the shoes and just put them in a different box and sent them back to me.

I contacted them and ask for an explanation and I demanded a full refund of the price I paid. They ghoasted me completely ever since. I sent them a reminder and got nothing.

This company is asking a ridiculous amount of money for their products and they offer super low quality and poor customer service. If you pay more than 500€ for a pair of boots you would expect them to last at least for a couple of years.

I would never buy anything from this brand again! Super disappointing both quality and customer service-wise.

I purchased my first (and last) pair of Baldini loafers a month or so ago. When it arrived it looked great, little uncomfortable, but I thought leather would conform to my feet like all others. After 5 wears, shoes lost all shape, so they no longer look good. But worst of all, these are THE MOST uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Not only did they not conform to my feet, they got progressively more and more uncomfortable. So much so, that today after getting dressed and walking around the house for 30 minutes before leaving for work, my feet were killing me, and I had to change shoes. Hundreds of dollars wasted and now I cannot even return them for refund to buy another pair. I don't understand where they get the nerve to charge so much for such uncomfortable shoes.

Baldinini continua a shockare, riesce a riproporre nella nuova stagione articoli della vecchia collezione venduti in saldo, a prezzo pieno, tipo il portafoglio pochette collezione uomo in pelle nera da 255 euro.
