Fantastic range of boots and perfect for myself as a drag performer with the larger pleaser sizes. I will definitely be ordering many more boots from the shop.

Good product, but don't expect the world at that price
I'd say this is exactly what I paid for: neither so cheap that it looks shoddily made from poor-quality materials, nor so expensive that you're taking a risk if your partner says "Meh". We find the choker chain(s) a bit finicky to get right since the lengths don't seem quite what you'd expect or to adjust quite as you'd hope, but the tiny bit of extra faff is worth it as the dress looks good on and we both like it.

We're glad to hear that you found the value and quality of the dress to be up to your expectations. Our aim is to provide our customers with products that strike the right balance between affordability and quality, and we're delighted to hear that we've met this mark for you.
However, we have taken note of your comments about the choker chain's adjustability. We will certainly pass this along to our design team for review and potential adjustments in future designs.
We are always striving to enhance our customer experiences, and we appreciate your feedback as it aids in this process. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other feedback, concerns, or needs in the future.
Thank you once again for your valuable feedback, and we look forward to serving you again soon.
Ordered some lingerie and pleaser…
Ordered some lingerie and pleaser shoes. Lingerie was ridiculously small. The shoes were not sent and the order cancelled on the website without telling me about it. They had however taken the money for the shoes from my account. After reminding them of this they sent a pair of shoes that were 2 sizes too small! I then had to pay the postage to send them back for a refund. Absolutely awful experience. Customer service didn't respond to my messages, I really got the impression they couldn't care less.

Firstly, I want to apologise for the issues with the sizing of the lingerie and the shoes. We understand the inconvenience this has caused you, and assure you that this is not the standard we strive for. To prevent this from happening in the future, we are working on improving our product descriptions and sizing guides, to help our customers choose the correct sizes.
We have not received a return for the shoes yet if you could please email customer service with a tracking number so we can see when they will arrive back.
I would also like to address the issue you had with our customer service. We understand how frustrating it can be when you feel your concerns are not being attended to. Dear Jon,
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your recent delivery experience with our service.
Firstly, I want to clarify that our standard delivery option is free, and as per our delivery policy, it does state that it can take up to 6 days for an item to be received. We apologise if this caused any confusion or frustration. However, we understand that in today's fast-paced environment, timely delivery is crucial and your experience didn't meet this expectation.
I would also like to address your concern regarding our choice of courier. We work with a variety of couriers to offer efficient and cost-effective delivery. However, we understand that our service should not just be about cost-effectiveness but also reliability. We truly regret the inconvenience caused due to the delayed delivery and are taking your feedback very seriously. We will be conducting a thorough investigation with the courier involved to ensure that such issues are avoided in the future.
As a gesture of our commitment to our customers and to compensate for your unsatisfactory experience, we would like to offer you a discount on your next order if you decide to use us again.
Our customer service representative will reach out to you within 24 hours with the details for the discount code. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Once again, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continually improve our services. Thank you for your understanding.

Nice quality, communication could be better
The boots arrived pretty quickly and were lovely, but didn't happen to fit. The return process isn't as simple as it could be, and communications could be handled better; I sent at least one email which never received a response, and the chat feature on the website doesn't give any real idea of how long you might have to wait for a response during working hours. However, overall a reasonable buying experience.

AWFUL service.
AWFUL service.
Shoes were meant to arrive within 6 days and they only shipped them after the shoes were due to have arrived.
They arrived 2 weeks after the delivery date and all of my emails were ignored. Definitely don't shop here the customer care is non-existent.

Quick delivery and great pair of boots…
Quick delivery and great pair of boots . The only down side with pleaser and most boots companies they do not give you the calf or top thigh width all the time , which is vital when buying boots to know wether they will fit to tight or to loose !!

Nice shoes...support required
The shoes are beautiful I bought 3 pairs thus far trying to get the right fit however, twice I've emailed, messaged and requested support from the team and have not had k d response. I've had to send back 3 pairs of shoes at my own cost therefore. some support would have been really helpful. I don't see the point of giving options to commicate if you're not going to respond.
