I bought from bandit a couple of months ago and it was honestly the best ever experience quick services and deliverey prices are fair and would recommend to everyone!

Awful company! Do not order from them unless you want to wait for a month for your item to arrive. Just very poor customer service and a very long wait which then makes you not enjoy your item.

Placed an order for a Christmas present on 17th December after reading their 2-3 day shipping policy. After 3 failed attempts to contact the store regarding delivery I eventually did a claim back through my bank. Only after 3 weeks and my bank challenging the transaction, did they eventually post out. But I have already replaced the item with something else so im now out of pocket . I don't think this company would have sent this item had my bank not challenged it and im sure they were put in a position they couldn't ignore. But reading their reviews, they dont communicate with anyone. I would stay away from this company and spend your money somewhere more trustworthy. They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

Ordered the puffer on the 16th December and it still hasn’t arrived it’s the 14 of jan I sent plenty of emails and contacted them on every platform only got a response one I haven’t heard anything else very disappointed. The customer service is horrible I don’t recommend. Also they won’t even give me a refund , very frustrating as I paid a lot for the coat

Orders a jumper before Christmas. It was for Christmas. After a few weeks I emailed and they replied saying there was an issue it will come in the next few business days. It’s been a few weeks still haven’t received neither got an update.

I really tried hard to contact Bandit Europe before writing a review, but in the end they left me no choice. I contacted them multiple times on every platform possible, yet they didn’t reply to a single message. It has been two months now and there is still silence. It is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I had an issue with my order, and I tried to resolve it by contacting them, but they did not respond, leaving me with a puffer jacket that was not new. I really believed in their project, but this experience was enough for me to say: never again. They made no effort to make anything right.

The product quality is actually very good, I won’t deny that.
However, the customer service is extremely disappointing.

I returned the item immediately after delivery (the same day), but after more than 50 days, I still haven’t received a refund or any meaningful response. I sent several emails and got no clear communication at all.

Paying high shipping and customs fees makes this even more frustrating.

It’s a shame, because the brand has potential, but the lack of customer support seriously ruins the experience. I hope this improves in the future.

I bought a puffer jacket, it was too big so wanted to exchange for a smaller size. The company says to return a product we need to get intouch. I’ve sent 12 emails, used their online chat option and contacted them on socials I’ve not have a single response. There is no way of me returning the jacket so now I’m stuck with a £180 jacket that won’t get worn.

I ordered on the 3rd of october 2025, then a month later received a tracking number. after another month i eventually received two joggers that i had ordered, and they looked nice, however when i touched them they were 100 % polyester and super stretchy. extremely bad quality, probably made for 20 cents in a chinese factory. Disappointed, i waited, as i had also ordered a puffer jacket that was no where to be seen. The puffer had a seperate tracking number and eventually after no more emails, i checked and it said it was being shipped back to their warehouse for some reason?? after two months of waiting, no explanation of anything whatsoever. I paid 230 in total for all these things just to receive 2 rubbish joggers and no puffer. I contact customer service many many times over the past few weeks but still no response. Very disappointing for such a big brand.
