forgot internet password. After trying one month, I finally got to talk with an agent. The agent said they will express mail a form for me to sign. And they will check my new signature with their stored signature. After two months, they finally received my form sent from the US. Then, they called to tell me my new signature is not the same as the stored one. Therefore, they cannot unlock my account. I will have to fly over to China to the branch where I opened my account to get them to unlock my account.

I wish there was a zero star option. Demanded information between a customer and a third party company that I have no relation with, under threat of freezing my account. Obviously I cannot get those documents, now my account is frozen, and I can only get canned and polite but vapid replies with months of delays from their so-called "Customer Care Manager" saying that they stand by their decision, without providing any reasons. I don't even know if I can get my money back. Completely irresponsible and borderline scammy piece of trash of a bank. I feel good when I see their ATMs vandalized.

I am now at xaobie branch in Guangzhou only one counter serving all the customers ...you will waste your day waiting I want to cry I am here since 2 hours and still waiting

I had just come across the worse customer service in my life, at the branch of BOC Leighton Road in HK! The person at the first desk nearer to the entrance, certainly had some attitudes, utterly unprofessional, shameful behaviour. I would describe as a ‘gangster night club attitude’ towards the customers.
I thought I shared my experience with the public.

The response from BOC is incrediblly slow. I cannot believe they need to take more than 2 weeks to reply a simple query.

Bank of China is a good and very trustworthy bank and is trusted by its customers and investors.

BOCHK app and customer support is one of the weirdest I’ve seen.

Constantly change the verification method from SMS to face to ID card without noticing you,while the recognition system doesn’t recognize shxt at all.That means you don’t know when you can’t log into your account t and transfer money.

When I complained to their cs that the face recognition doesn’t work for me and I can’t transfer money now.They replied and I quote:”it’s for your own good so you better deal with it”.

You never know you’d be lectured by a bank these days.

中国银行在海外还是不错的，其他不敢说，中行的信用卡可是基本到哪里都可以刷，畅通无阻。
