Very happy with the service. They provided quick and helpful responses to questions and processed my order to ship same day.

We had two Zebra label printers that Windows 10 decided needed to stop working. They were 16 years old. I called James and asked him about the current model and he said they would ship the same day. We needed them quickly. James gave me a better price than Amazon and we received them in less than 48 hours!

They had what I needed and were able to ship my order out same day!

I placed my PO late on Wednesday for a NDA delivery. My order was confirmed and I was given tracking. The UPS web showed no movement. Erica Wilhelm kept tabs on the order and reported the following day that it missed the cut off time and would be delivered this morning. Erica was very customer service oriented and and apologized for the delay. Thank you Erica for keeping me informed.
