Be vigilant. By default they add unwanted items to shopping cart such as $50 "expedited" overnight shipping for a 6 ounce item or multiple overlapping warranties and service plans that amount to over 60% of the item price. Then, if you accidentally click purchase, they have no mechanism to cancel a purchase that was just made. Seems to be a service optimized for careless buyers who are spending other people's money.

Sales Staff is great and supportive. They have an expansive list of quality products with straight forward inventory availability.

Let me purchase some products and pay for next day shipping on a Wednesday - then.....nothing. No tracking number or any communication until the next Monday, long after I needed the printer. I finally figured out they were just ordering from the manufacturer, same as I could have done. Total waste of time and effort, and truly bad customer service. Will not use again.

Finally got a reply to my support ticket in September! It's JUNE now. I figured out the issue on my own ages ago, and all of a sudden the devices are reporting a license issue. What in the actual heck!

UPDATE: I wrote back inquiring about the license issue that had rendered our hardware unusable and a 5 business days later still have NO REPLY. No surprise, might get one by 2027 at the rate they are going!
